ఎయిమ్స్ లాంటి సంస్థలు మరిన్ని వస్తాయి: జేపీ నడ్డా

దేశంలో వైద్య కళాశాలల సంఖ్యను గణనీయంగా పెంచుతామని కేంద్ర ఆరోగ్యశాఖ మంత్రి జేపీ నడ్డా ప్రకటించారు.

దేశంలో ఎయిమ్స్​ లాంటి సంస్థలతో పాటు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో వైద్యకళాశాలలను ఆరోగ్య శాఖ నెలకొల్పబోతోందని కేంద్ర మంత్రి జగత్​ ప్రకాశ్​ నడ్డా ప్రకటించారు. వైద్య విద్య, పరిశోధన పోస్టు గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్​ సంస్థ(పీజీఐఎంఈఆర్) 35వ వార్షికోత్సవానికి జేపీ హాజరయ్యారు.

సంస్థ అధ్యక్షుడి హోదాలో నడ్డా మాట్లాడారు. జిల్లా ఆసుపత్రులను వైద్య కళాశాలలుగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతామన్నారు. దేశంలోని చాలా ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎయిమ్స్​ లాంటి సంస్థలను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
