పురుషుల అంతర్జాతీయ క్రికెట్ మ్యాచ్కు అంపైరింగ్ చేసిన తొలిమహిళగా చరిత్ర సృష్టించారు ఆస్ట్రేలియాకు చెందిన క్లేర్ పోలోసాక్. నేడు ఐసీసీ వరల్డ్ క్రికెట్ లీగ్లో ఒమన్ - నమీబియా మధ్య జరుగుతున్న మ్యాచ్లో క్లేర్ అంపైరింగ్ చేస్తున్నారు.

"పురుషుల వన్డే క్రికెట్లో అంపైరింగ్ చేయబోతున్నందుకు ఎంతో థ్రిల్గా ఉంది. క్రికెట్లో మహిళలు అంపైరింగ్ చేయకపోవడానికి కారణమేంటో నాకు తెలియదు. స్త్రీలలో దీనిపై అవగాహన తీసుకురావాలి" అని మ్యాచ్కు ముందు క్లేర్ చెప్పారు.

నవంబరు 2016లో ఆస్ట్రేలియా - దక్షిణాఫ్రికా మహిళల మధ్య జరిగిన మ్యాచ్లో తొలిసారి అంపైరింగ్ చేశారు క్లేర్. ఇప్పటివరకు 16 వన్డేల్లో... మ్యాచ్ పర్యవేక్షకురాలి బాధ్యతలు నిర్వర్తించారు. 2018 మహిళా టీ 20 ప్రపంచకప్ సెమీ ఫైనల్ మ్యాచ్, 2017 మహిళల ప్రపంచకప్లోనూ అంపైరింగ్ బాధ్యతలు నిర్వహించారు క్లేర్.

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday chaired the Leaders' Roundtable Summit of the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) at the Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing.
The summit was attended by 37 foreign heads of state and government, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde.
The Chinese president called for joint efforts of all parties to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
"I'm confident that with all of us working together, we can build more consensus and produce more outcomes at today's roundtable, which will help promote the international cooperation on Belt and Road Initiative, bring greater benefits to our peoples and contribute more to building a community with a shared future for mankind," Xi said.
This year's forum, which takes the theme "Belt and Road Co-operation, Shaping a Brighter Shared Future," is being held from Thursday to Saturday in Beijing.
The BRF is a top-level platform for international cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative which was first proposed by President Xi in 2013, aimed at building a trade and infrastructure network connecting Asia with Europe, Africa and beyond based on ancient trade routes.
