ఆస్ట్రేలియాతో పింక్ బాల్ టెస్టుపై భారత జట్టు సారథి విరాట్ కోహ్లీ పరోక్షంగా స్పందించాడు. ఏ జట్టు ఛాలెంజ్ అయినా స్వీకరించే సత్తా టీమిండియాకు సొంతమని అభిప్రాయపడ్డాడు. ప్రస్తుతం అన్ని ఫార్మాట్లలో 'మెన్ ఇన్ బ్లూ' పటిష్టంగా ఉందన్నాడు.

ఆస్ట్రేలియాతో జనవరి 14 నుంచి జరగనున్న మూడు వన్డేల సిరీస్ ముందు కోహ్లీ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడాడు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆసీస్తో పింక్ బాల్ టెస్టుపైనా పరోక్షంగా స్పందించాడు. ప్రపంచంలోని ఏ దేశంలోనైనా, ఏ జట్టుపైనైనా డే/నైట్ మ్యాచ్లు ఆడే సత్తా టీమిండియా సొంతమని అభిప్రాయపడ్డాడు. ఇప్పటికే గులాబి బంతితో టెస్టు మ్యాచ్లు ఆడాలని కోహ్లీ, బీసీసీఐని.. ఆస్ట్రేలియా ఆటగాళ్లు, మాజీలు ఎప్పట్నుంచో కవ్విస్తున్నారు.
ప్రస్తుతం భారత్ అన్ని విభాగాల్లో పటిష్టంగా ఉందన్నాడు. ఆస్ట్రేలియాతో తలపడటం అంటే అత్యుత్తమ జట్టుతో పోటీ అని అభిప్రాయపడ్డాడు విరాట్. అయితే కచ్చితంగా వారిని ఎదుర్కోగలమని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశాడు.

ఆస్ట్రేలియాతో సిరీస్ ముందు బుమ్రా ప్రదర్శనపైనా మాట్లాడాడు కోహ్లీ. ఇద్దరి మధ్య నెట్స్లో పోటీ ఉంటుదని చెప్పుకొచ్చాడు. అంతేకాకుండా ఓ ఆసక్తికర విషయాన్ని పంచుకున్నాడు.
