ఇంగ్లండ్తో జరిగిన రెండో టీ -ట్వంటీలోభారత మహిళా జట్టుపరాజయం పాలైంది. 112 పరుగుల లక్ష్య ఛేదన కోసంబరిలో దిగిన ఇంగ్లీష్ జట్టు 5 వికెట్లు కోల్పోయి విజయం సాధించింది. ఇంగ్లండ్ ఓపెనర్ వ్యాట్ అర్ధ శతకంతో రాణించింది. మిగతా బ్యాట్స్ఉమెన్ విఫలమైనా.. లారెన్ వీన్ఫీల్డ్(29) సహకారంతో భారత అమ్మాయిలకు గెలుపును దూరం చేసింది. 2-0 తేడాతో ఓ మ్యాచ్ మిగిలి ఉండగానేటీ-ట్వంటీ సిరీస్ను కైవసం చేసుకుంది ఇంగ్లండ్.ఇటీవల కివీస్తో జరిగిన టీ- ట్వంటీసిరీస్నూకోల్పోయింది టీమిండియా.

అంతర్జాతీయంగా ఇది 600 టీ-ట్వంటీ.

ముందుగా బ్యాటింగ్ చేసిన భారత్ నిర్ణీత 20 ఓవర్లలో 111 పరుగులు చేసింది. మిథాలీ రాజ్(20) మినహా ఎవరూ రాణించలేదు. మిగతా బ్యాటర్లు అందరూ విఫలమయ్యారు. వరుసగా పెవిలియన్కు క్యూ కట్టారు. స్మృతి మంధానా(12) మరోసారి విఫలమైంది. ఇంగ్లీష్ బౌలర్ కేథరిన్ బ్రంట్ మూడు వికెట్లు తీసి భారత పతనాన్ని శాసించింది.

56 పరుగులకే నాలుగు వికెట్లు కోల్పోయిన తరుణంలో మరో వికెట్ పడకుండా నిలకడగా ఆడింది ఇంగ్లండ్ బ్యాట్స్ఉమెన్ వ్యాట్(64). వీలు చిక్కినప్పుడల్లా బౌండరీలు బాదుతూ స్కోరును పరుగులెత్తించింది. లోరెన్ సహాకారంతో ఇంగ్లండ్ విజయంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషించింది. భారత బౌలర్లలో ఏక్తాభిస్థ్రెండు వికెట్లు తీసింది.

The conflict of interests among political blocs of Iraq has resulted in four ministerial-level positions remaining vacant some six months after the country's new government was established, according to an Iraqi political analyst on Monday.
Iraqi President Barham Salih and Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi have started the formation of the new administration after taking office last October. However, the positions for the Ministers of Defense, Interior Affairs, Justice as well as Education are still waiting to be filled until now.
Political expert Adnan al-Sarraj, who is also the head of the Iraqi Center for Media Development, said the unprecedented situation has affected decision-making and hampered work from being done, and said the reason behind it is the institutional defects of the country's political system.
He explained that the prime minister, in order to win wider support, has handed the nomination rights of ministers over to different political parties in the parliament, so these parties have insisted on nominating some candidates out of the consideration of their own interests or needs.
On the other hand, the parliament has rejected these candidates, deeming them inappropriate, and neither these parties nor the parliament itself have compromised, which seen the long term vacancies of the government posts, al-Sarraj explained.
"This is an institutional defect. Many constitutional procedure has to give way to the consensus of major political blocs in practical operation. Now the vacancies of the government are all very important positions, and even the prime minister can not solve the problem. And people are still looking for a solution to that," Al-Sarraj said in an interview with China Central Television (CCTV) in Baghdad.
The political situation of Iraq has long been complicated, the analyst added, saying that beside the competition and the cooperation taking place among the political parties, the balance among Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish blocs is also a prominent feature, and foreign powers acting behind Iraqi parties are imposing on the situation.
Breaking through the current complexity could prove difficult in the short time, according to al-Sarraj, but the one positive is that since it highlights the deep-seated problems in Iraq's political system, hopefully the situation will raise public awareness that it is time to change,

The next parliamentary session is scheduled for March 9, when the president, prime minister, as well as the parliament speaker Mohammed al-Halbousi will hold high-level political talks, to promote the formation of the new government from both legislative and judicial perspectives.
