దక్షిణాఫ్రికాతో జరుగుతోన్న రెండో టెస్టులో రబాడా బౌలింగ్తో ఏమాత్రం ఆకట్టుకోలేకపోయాడు. ఓ దశలో బౌలర్ను మారుద్దామని కీపర్ డికాక్.. సారథి డుప్లెసిస్కు సూచించగా.. రబాడా అసహనం వ్యక్తం చేశాడు. డికాక్తో వాగ్వాదానికి దిగాడు.

దక్షిణాఫ్రికాతో జరుగుతోన్న రెండో టెస్టు మ్యాచ్లో భారత బ్యాట్స్మన్ సత్తాచాటారు. కోహ్లీ డబుల్ సెంచరీ సాధించగా, మయాంక్ సెంచరీతో మెరిశాడు. ఓవర్నైట్ స్కోరు 273 పరుగులతో రెండో రోజు ఆటను కొనసాగించిన కోహ్లీసేన సఫారీ బౌలర్లను సమర్థంగా ఎదుర్కొంది. 601 పరుగులు చేసిన అనంతరం డిక్లేర్ చేసింది. ప్రొటీస్ బౌలర్లు ఏమాత్రం ప్రభావం చూపలేకపోయారు. ఆ జట్టు ప్రధాన పేసర్ రబాడా ఆకట్టుకోలేకపోయాడు. అయితే మరోసారి అతడు నోటికి పనిచెప్పి చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారాడు.

భారత ఇన్నింగ్స్లో రహానే, కోహ్లీ క్రీజులో ఉన్నప్పుడు బౌలర్‌ను మార్చితే బాగుంటుందని కీపర్‌ డికాక్‌ కెప్టెన్‌ డుప్లెసిస్‌కు సూచించాడు. ఫలితంగా రబాడాలో అసహనం తీవ్రస్థాయికి చేరింది. డికాక్‌తో అతను వాగ్వివాదానికీ దిగాడు. ఇద్దరి మధ్య మాటామాట పెరగగా.. అక్కడే ఉన్న డుప్లెసిస్‌ సర్దిచెప్పే ప్రయత్నం చేశాడు.

రబాడాను డుప్లెసిస్ అక్కడ నుంచి దూరంగా తీసుకెళ్లగా వివాదం సద్దుమణిగింది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన వీడియో సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో చక్కర్లు కొడుతోంది.

"Some people say there is a battle for the soul of Newman, Newman belongs to me, Newman belongs to him, or something, whereas I look at it in a different way. Newman has something to say to people who consider themselves as very conservative, and people who see themselves as very progressive, he has something to say to all these people and he can bring them close to God and close to each other. So for me that is a gift in this time of polarisation of the church. You know that we have a man who speaks to everybody. There is hardly anybody of this kind now."

"They (referring to Sister Dulce and Mother Teresa of Calcutta) were two nuns who both lived more or less in the same period, each one in her own world -  Dulce with her poor people kept up an incessant effort to get donations for her charity work. Today her charity work is the biggest in Brazil with this unique profile of helping everyone from young children to the elderly with handicapped people, alcoholics, and people with ontological problems in the middle."

STORYLINE:
Preparations were underway at the Vatican on Friday for this Sunday's canonisation ceremony for five new saints including a prominent British cardinal, and a nun known as the Brazilian Mother Teresa.
While images of the new saints were hung from the façade of St. Peter's and workers were setting up the outdoor altar, inside the Vatican postulators and promoters of the causes of the new saints spoke to journalists about their exemplary qualities.
Jake Valero, a spokesperson for the cause of Cardinal John Henry Newman said he was the perfect saint for the polarised Catholic church as his teaching spoke to both conservatives and progressives.
During his life, Newman was an expert at bridging differences.
A prominent Anglican convert, Newman, who later became a Catholic cardinal and was hailed by the Vatican for improving relations between religions.
Newman renounced an illustrious career at Oxford University to convert to Catholicism in 1845.
Pope Benedict XVI beatified Newman, the last formal step before sainthood, while visiting Britain in 2010.
Anglicans split from Rome in 1534 when King Henry VIII was denied a marriage annulment.
In February, Francis approved a miracle needed for Newman's sainthood.
A large crowd of Brazilians are expected to see the canonisation of their first woman saint, Dulce Lopes Pontes.
Her niece was at the Vatican on Friday explaining how Sister Dulce's charities now help tens of thousands of Brazilians.
The Postulator for Sister Dulce explained, "she was she was of very small stature, a bit like Mother Teresa, but a giant in charity."
