వచ్చే ఏడాది అక్టోబరు 18 నుంచి టీ20 ప్రపంచకప్ ప్రారంభం కానుంది. నవంబరు 15న మెల్‌బోర్న్‌లో ఫైనల్ జరుగుతుంది. ఈ ప్రపంచకప్‌లో ఆస్ట్రేలియా, భారత్, పాకిస్థాన్, ఇంగ్లాండ్, దక్షిణాఫ్రికా, న్యూజిలాండ్, వెస్టిండీస్, అఫ్గానిస్థాన్, శ్రీలంక, బంగ్లాదేశ్తో సహా మొత్తం 16 జట్లు తలపడనున్నాయి.
