పూరీ జగన్నాథ్ సినిమాల్లో హీరో అంటే మాస్ పాత్రలకు పెట్టింది పేరు. తాజాగా విడుదలైన 'ఇస్మార్ట్ శంకర్' టీజర్ చూస్తే ఈ విషయం స్పష్టమవుతోంది. ఇందులో హీరో రామ్ ఇప్పటివరకు అభిమానులు చూడనటువంటి వైవిధ్య పాత్రలో కనిపించనున్నాడు.

'పతాహై మే కౌన్ హు... శంకర్.. ఉస్తాద్ ఇస్మార్ట్ శంకర్','నాతో కిరికిరి అంటే పోచమ్మ గుడి ముంగట పొట్టేల్ని కట్టేసినట్టే','మార్ ముంత చోడ్ చింత' అని హైదరాబాద్ యాసలో రామ్ చెప్పిన డైలాగ్లు సినిమాపై ఆసక్తిని పెంచుతున్నాయి.
