మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి బాలీవుడ్ దిగ్గజ నటుడు అమితాబ్ బచ్చన్కు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. టాలీవుడ్ కోసం బిగ్బీ చేసిన భారీ సాయాన్ని చిరు ట్విట్టర్ వేదికగా కొనియాడారు. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఉన్న సినీ కార్మికుల కోసం అమితాబ్ 12,000 కూపన్స్ విరాళంగా ఇచ్చారు. ఒక్కొక్క కూపన్ విలువ 1,500 రూపాయలు ఉంటుంది. వీటిని బిగ్ బజార్లో షాపింగ్ కొరకు ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు. ఈ మొత్తం కూపన్స్ విలువ 1.8 కోట్ల విలువ కావడం గమనార్హం. చిత్ర పరిశ్రమలన్నీ ఒక కుటుంబంగా భావించి అమితాబ్ ఈ సాయం చేశారని చిరంజీవి అన్నారు.
కరోనా లాక్డౌన్ కారణంగా సినీ కార్మికులను ఆదుకునేందుకు చిరంజీవి ఇప్పటికే 'కరోనా క్రైసిస్ ఛారిటీ'(సీసీసీ) పేరుతో ఓ సహాయ నిధిని ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. తెలుగు చిత్ర పరిశ్రమకు చెందిన హీరోలు, హీరోయిన్స్, ప్రముఖులు ఈ ఛారిటీకి విరివిగా విరాళాలు ప్రకటించారు. ఇటీవలే తొలి విడతగా రేషన్, మందులను కొంతమందికి పంచినట్లు కమిటీ సభ్యుడు తమ్మారెడ్డి భరధ్వాజ తెలిపారు.
