గృహ రుణంపై వడ్డీ రేట్లను తగ్గించిన ఎస్బీఐ

రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు రెపో రేటు తగ్గింపుతో కలిగిన లబ్ధిని రుణగ్రహీతలకు బదిలీ చేస్తున్నాయి వివిధ బ్యాంకులు. భారతీయ స్టేట్ బ్యాంకు 30 లక్షల వరకు ఇంటి రుణంపై వడ్డీరేటును 5 బేసిస్ పాయింట్లు తగ్గించింది.

కొత్త రేట్లు శుక్రవారమే అమల్లోకి వచ్చాయి. గృహ రుణాల్లో అత్యధిక వాటా ఎస్బీఐదేనని, వడ్డీరేటులో కోతతో పేద, మధ్యతరగతి వర్గాలు లాభపడతాయని చెప్పారు ఛైర్మన్ రజనిష్ కుమార్.

ఆర్బీఐ రెపో రేటు తగ్గిస్తూ నిర్ణయం వెలువరించిన కొద్ది గంటల్లోనే ప్రభుత్వ రంగ బ్యాంకైన 'బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ మహారాష్ట్ర' వడ్డీరేట్లను 0.05 శాతం తగ్గించింది.

STORYLINE:
Drone footage on Friday showed the charred interior of the popular Brazilian professional football club Flamengo, after a fire swept through the sleeping quarters of the academy killing 10 people and injuring three, most likely teenage players, authorities said.
Firefighters were called just after 5 a.m. (0700 GMT) to the sprawling Ninho de Urubu training grounds in Rio de Janeiro's western region.
Overhead images captured by an Associated Press drone showed a smoky, charred area of the complex and a flag flying half-mast.
Hamilton Mourao, Brazil's Vice President who was attending a business conference in Rio de Janeiro, said that now is the time to support the families of the victims.
In the burn victim unit of the Hospital Pedro II in Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Alberto Araujo, the hospital director said one of the victims is in serious condition with second and third degree burns on his body.
The cause of the fire was not known, but officials said they were looking at the possibility of a short circuit in an air conditioning unit.
It is currently summer in Brazil.
Flamengo is perhaps the most famous club in the country, with an estimated 40 million fans nationwide.
Rio de Janeiro Mayor Marcelo Crivella ordered three days of mourning.
