"మకర సంక్రాంతి, మాగ్ బిహు, ఉత్తరాయన్​, పొంగల్​, భోగి సందర్భంగా మీ అందరికీ శుభాకాంక్షలు. ప్రకృతి ఆరాధనతో ముడిపడి ఉన్న ఈ పండుగలు ప్రతి ఒక్కరి జీవితంలో సుఖ సంతోషాలు, ఆరోగ్యం, ఆనందాన్ని తీసుకురావాలని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను" అని ట్విట్టర్​లో పేర్కొన్నారు.

భోగి పండుగ సందర్భంగా సకల జనులకు ఆ భగవంతుడు భోగభాగ్యాలు, సుఖసంతోషాలు కలిగించాలని ఉపరాష్ట్రపతి వెంకయ్యనాయుడు ఆకాంక్షించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా చెన్నై కోట్టూర్ పురంలోని స్వగృహం వద్ద వెంకయ్యనాయుడు దంపతులు భోగిమంటలు వేశారు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ సానుకూల దృక్పథంతో ముందుకు సాగాలన్నారు.
