ఇతర దేశాల అంతర్గత విషయాలు పాకిస్థాన్ కు అనవసరమని భారత ప్రభుత్వం హెచ్చరించింది. పాక్ వాస్తవాన్ని అంగీకరించాలని భారత విదేశాంగ శాఖ అధికార ప్రతినిధి రవీశ్ కుమార్ సూచించారు.

కశ్మీర్ తమ అంతర్గత విషయమనీ, అందులో పాకిస్థాన్ అనవసరంగా జోక్యం చేసుకోవద్దని హెచ్చరించింది భారత్. వాస్తవాలను పాక్ అంగీకరించతప్పదని తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ఇతర దేశాలకు కశ్మీరు అంశంపై భారత్ వివరిస్తోంది. ఈ మేరకు భారత విదేశాంగ శాఖ అధికార ప్రతినిధి రవీశ్ కుమార్ స్పందించారు.

"కశ్మీరుపై వాస్తవాన్ని పాకిస్థాన్ అంగీకరించాలి. ఈ విషయంలో ప్రపంచాన్ని తప్పుదోవ పట్టించడం మానుకోవాలి. ద్వైపాక్షిక సంబంధాలపై అత్యంత భయానక దృశ్యాన్ని చూపించేందుకు పాకిస్థాన్ ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. జమ్ముకశ్మీరులో అభివృద్ధి జరిగితే.. అప్పుడెవరినీ మభ్యపెట్టలేమని పాక్ భావిస్తోంది. అందుకే కశ్మీర్ విషయంలో భారత్ నిర్ణయంపై పాక్ నైరాశ్యంతో ఉంది."

ఆర్టికల్ 370 రద్దు తర్వాత పాక్ తీసుకున్న చర్యలన్నీ ఏకపక్షమేనని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

"భారత్ చేపట్టిన చర్యలన్నీ కశ్మీర్ ప్రయోజనాల కోసమే. సంఝౌతా ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్ రైలు సర్వీసును పాకిస్థాన్ నిలిపేయడం దురదృష్టకరం. ఈ నిర్ణయంపై భారత్ విచారం వ్యక్తం చేస్తోంది. పాక్ పునరాలోచించాలి."

పాక్ చెరలో ఉన్న భారత నౌకాదళ మాజీ అధికారి కుల్భూషణ్ జాదవ్ దౌత్య సాయంపై ఆ దేశంతో సంప్రదింపులు జరుపుతున్నట్లు రవీశ్ కుమార్ తెలిపారు. జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ విభజన, అధికరణ 370 రద్దు వంటి చర్యలు భారత్ అంతర్గత వ్యవహారాలని ఇతర దేశాలకు, అంతర్జాతీయ సంస్థలకు స్పష్టం చేశామన్నారు.

"In this quarter I think the one thing that does affect us is that we do have these technical factors that go into this because businesses are trying to make decisions around Brexit because the uncertainty that exists and what we saw in the first quarter was perhaps sort of higher results than otherwise because businesses were stockpiling for the Brexit that was to be. And now they're using those stockpiles. So we're seeing volatility in the figures and the best way, I think, to end that volatility is to bring about more certainty. And that's critical in so that we leave on October the 31st, as planned, and that is exactly what we're going to do."

"It's... I think it's very important to say as we have been very clear that we are focused on getting a deal. We want to get a deal. We obviously need to get a deal, the right sensible deal that removes the backstop and that can get through our parliament. And I - and throughout government - were doing everything we can to prepare for a no-deal exit."

STORYLINE:
The new British Treasury chief conceded on Friday the UK economy was going through a "challenging" period but insisted the fundamentals were "strong", after figures showed the nation's economy shrunk for the time since 2012.
Sajid Javid argued that Brexit uncertainty and a "weakening global economy" were to blame for the slump.
The decline is set to raise alarm that Brexit uncertainty is increasingly weighing on the economy.
Most economists expected the GDP growth to flat-line.
The quarterly drop lowered the annual rate of growth to 1.2% from 1.8% in the first quarter.
The Office for National Statistics noted there was "increased volatility around the UK's original planned exit date from the European Union in late March."
Brexit was meant to happen on 29 March, but was delayed to the end of October after Parliament rejected the withdrawal agreement that the previous prime minister, Theresa May, had negotiated with the EU.
Before the extension request, many firms ratcheted up their inventories to help cushion the likely disruption from Britain crashing out of the EU in March without a deal.
That business activity helped the economy grow by 0.5% in the first quarter.
Since then, companies have stopped stockpiling as much.
Most economists think that would lead to a recession; even Brexit's most passionate supporters say it would be disruptive at least in the short-term.
The pound has fallen to a two-and-a-half-year low against the US dollar and was down 0.3% on Friday, trading at $1.2093
