'మసూద్ విషయంలో భాజపా చేసిందేమీ లేదు'

మసూద్ అజార్ను అంతర్జాతీయ ఉగ్రవాదిగా ఐరాస గుర్తించడం భాజపా ఘనతేనని ఆ పార్టీ ప్రకటించుకోవడంపై కాంగ్రెస్ సీనియర్ నేత చిదంబరం మండిపడ్డారు. హఫీజ్ సయీద్, లఖ్వీలను కాంగ్రెస్ హయాంలోనే అంతర్జాతీయ ఉగ్రవాదులుగా ఐరాస గుర్తించిందని అన్నారు. మసూద్ విషయంలోనూ 1999 నుంచి కాంగ్రెస్ పోరాడి, నేటికి విజయం సాధించిందని ఆయన చెప్పారు.

భాజపా ప్రభుత్వంపై కాంగ్రెస్ సీనియర్ నేత పి.చిదంబరం విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. కరుడుగట్టిన ఉగ్రవాది మసూద్ అజార్ను అంతర్జాతీయ ఉగ్రవాదిగా ఐరాస గుర్తించడం తమ ఘనతే అని భాజపా నేతలు ప్రకటించుకోవడంపై మండిపడ్డారు.

మసూద్ అజార్ను అంతర్జాతీయ ఉగ్రవాదిగా గుర్తించాలని 1999 నుంచి కాంగ్రెస్ పోరాడుతోందని, ఇప్పుడు ఆ ప్రయత్నాలు సఫలమయ్యాయని చిదంబరం పేర్కొన్నారు. ఇందులో భాజపా, ప్రధాని మోదీ ఘనతేమీ లేదని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు.

"From the JFRD side, I just want to emphasise yet again, we transported 21 people, all adults, from this incident involving an aircraft, a commercial Boeing 737 aircraft, here at NAS Jax (Naval Air Station Jacksonville). The 21 individuals that we transported were all listed in good condition, no critical injuries sustained by any of those 21. We had here at the scene over 80 Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department members, representing a wide variety, a litany, of our apparatus from our engines to our marine units to our ladders and so on. And at this point any other questions that you will have I'm sure will be answered subsequently by those entities I referenced – the public affairs office, NAS Jax, as well as NTSB (US National Transportation Safety Board) representatives and so on who are, assembling here at the scene as I speak."

STORYLINE:
Officials said a charter plane carrying 143 people and traveling from Cuba to north Florida ended up in a river at the end of a runway on Friday night, though no critical injuries were reported.

A Naval Air Station Jacksonville news release said a Boeing 737 arriving from Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, with 136 passengers and seven aircrew crashed into the St Johns River.
Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department spokesman Tom Francis said 21 people had been taken to hospital, but they were all listed as in "good condition".

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office posted a photo on Twitter which showed a Miami Air International logo on the plane, which was in shallow water and not submerged.
The company did not immediately respond to messages from The Associated Press.
