కశ్మీర్లో పరిస్థితిని క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో తెలుసుకునేందుకు జాతీయ భద్రతా సలహాదారు అనంత్నాగ్లో పర్యటించారు. స్థానికులు, గొర్రెల వ్యాపారులతో కాసేపు ముచ్చటిస్తుండగా ఆయనను ఓ యువకుడు ఆసక్తికర ప్రశ్న అడిగాడు.

అధికరణ 370 రద్దు తర్వాత జమ్ము కశ్మీర్లో జాతీయ భద్రతా సలహాదారు అజిత్ డోభాల్ విస్తృతంగా పర్యటిస్తున్నారు. రెండురోజుల క్రితం షోపియాన్లో స్థానికులతో మాట్లాడిన డోభాల్ తాజాగా అనంత్నాగ్ జిల్లాలో ప్రత్యక్షమయ్యారు.

రోడ్డుపై వెళుతుండగా గొర్రెల వ్యాపారులను చూసి, ఆగి వారితో కాసేపు ముచ్చటించారు డోభాల్. గొర్రెల ఆహారం, బరువు, ధర వంటి వివరాలు వర్తకులను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఓ ఆసక్తికర సన్నివేశం చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఈ గొర్రెలను ఎక్కడి నుంచి తీసుకొస్తున్నారని ఓ యువకుడిని అడిగారు డోభాల్. అందుకు సమాధానంగా కార్గిల్, ద్రాస్ నుంచి తీసుకొచ్చాం అని చెప్పిన అతను.. మీకు ద్రాస్ ఎక్కడ ఉంటుందో తెలుసా? అని డోభాల్ను తిరిగి ప్రశ్నించాడు.

అనంత్‌నాగ్‌ డిప్యూటీ పోలీస్‌ కమిషనర్‌ ఖలీద్‌ జనగిర్‌ కలగజేసుకొని డోభాల్‌ గురించి అతనికి వివరించారు. తర్వాత కరచాలనం చేసి డోభాల్‌ అక్కడి నుంచి వెళ్లిపోయారు.

STORYLINE:
The president of the smartphone company Honor Group, Zhao Ming, announced on Saturday the launch of the new Honor Smart Screen TV which uses the HarmonyOS operating system.
HarmonyOS, unveiled on Friday by Huawei, is a smartphone operating system it said can replace Google's Android, adding to the Chinese tech giant's efforts to insulate itself against US sanctions.
The announcement of HarmonyOS highlights the growing ability of Huawei, the number two global smartphone brand and biggest maker of network gear for phone carriers, to create technology and reduce its reliance on American vendors.
US curbs imposed in May threatened Huawei's smartphone sales by limiting access to Android and blocking Google, a unit of Alphabet, from supporting music and other services based on the system.
Huawei Technologies wants to keep using Android, Richard Yu, CEO of its consumer device unit, said at a conference for software developers in the southern city of Dongguan.
Huawei, China's first global tech brand, is at the centre of a battle between Washington and Beijing over the ruling Communist Party's ambitions to develop companies that can compete in robotics and other fields.
The Trump administration says Beijing's efforts are based on stealing or pressuring companies to hand over technology.
Washington and other trading partners say the Chinese campaign violates its free-trade obligations and US has labelled Huawei a security threat, an accusation the company denies.
Some officials also see the rise of Huawei and other Chinese tech competitors as a potential threat to US industrial leadership.
Huawei spends about 12 billion US dollars a year on US semi-conductor chips and other components.
The company said the US export curbs might cut its projected sales by 30 billion US dollars over two years.
Since then, authorities have said vendors will be allowed to supply technology that is available from other sources.
That came after American technology suppliers warned they would be hurt by the loss of one of their biggest customers.
Huawei also has developed its own chipsets for low-end smartphones and servers, though it still needs US vendors for its most advanced products.
