ముజఫర్పుర్ ఆశ్రమం కేసుపై దర్యాప్తునకు 3 నెలల గడువు బిహార్లోని ముజఫర్పుర్ ఆశ్రమంలో బాలికలపై లైంగిక వేధింపుల కేసు విచారణపై కేంద్ర దర్యాప్తు సంస్థ(సీబీఐ)కు ఆదేశాలిచ్చింది సుప్రీం కోర్టు. హత్యలతో సహా వేధింపులపై దర్యాప్తును 3 నెలల్లో పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించింది.
గతంలో ఇచ్చిన గడువును పొడిగించి ఆరు నెలల సమయం ఇవ్వాలని న్యాయస్థానాన్ని ఆశ్రయించింది సీబీఐ. కేంద్ర దర్యాప్తు సంస్థ అభ్యర్థనను పరిశీలించిన జస్టిస్ ఇందు మల్హోత్రా, జస్టిస్ ఎంఆర్ షా లు నేతృత్వంలోని సుప్రీం ధర్మాసనం తాజా ఆదేశాలిచ్చింది.
లైంగిక వేధింపులతో పాటు కేసుకు సంబంధం ఉన్న బయటివ్యక్తులపైనా దర్యాప్తు చేయాలని సూచించింది. మూడు నెలల్లోపు నివేదికను కోర్టుకు సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించింది.

ఈ ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరిలో ముజఫర్పుర్ కేసును దిల్లీ సాకేత్ కోర్ట్ కాంప్లెక్స్లోని పోక్సో న్యాయస్థానానికి బదిలీ చేసింది సుప్రీం. విచారణ ముగించేందుకు సీబీఐకి 6 నెలలు గడువిచ్చింది. కేసుకు సంబంధించిన పత్రాలు, ఆధారాలను బిహార్ సీబీఐ కోర్టు రెండు వారాల్లోగా పోక్సో కోర్టుకు అందించాలని తెలిపింది.
బిహార్లోని ముజఫర్పుర్లో ఎన్జీఓలు నడుపుతున్న ఓ ఆశ్రమంలో చాలా మంది బాలికలు అత్యాచారాలకు, లైంగిక వేధింపులకు గురయ్యారు. ఈ దారుణాన్ని టాటా ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ సోషల్ సైన్సెస్ (టిఐఎస్ఎస్) గత ఏడాది మే నెలలో వెలుగులోకి తెచ్చింది.
