లోక్సభ ముందుకు పలు కీలక బిల్లులు

ఆధార్, జమ్మకశ్మీర్ రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు సహా మరిన్ని చట్ట సవరణ బిల్లులు నేడు లోక్సభ ముందుకు వచ్చాయి. సవరణలపై చర్చ సందర్భంగా విపక్ష సభ్యులు లేవనెత్తిన అభ్యంతరాలను స్పీకర్ తోసిపుచ్చారు.
లోక్సభలో కీలక బిల్లులు
జమ్ముకశ్మీర్ రిజర్వేషన్, ఆధార్ చట్ట సవరణ బిల్లులు నేడు లోక్సభ ముందుకు వచ్చాయి. ఆధార్తో పాటు భారతీయ టెలిగ్రాఫ్, మనీలాండరింగ్ నిరోధక చట్ట సవరణ బిల్లులను కేంద్ర న్యాయశాఖ మంత్రి రవిశంకర్ ప్రసాద్ ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. జమ్ముకశ్మీర్ రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లును కేంద్ర హోంమంత్రి అమిత్ షా తరఫున ఆ శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి కిషన్ రెడ్డి ప్రవేశపెట్టారు.
ఆధార్-2016 చట్ట సవరణ ఆమోద ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయితే బ్యాంకు ఖాతా తెరిచేందుకు, కొత్త ఫోన్ కనెక్షన్(సిమ్కార్డు) కోసం ఆధార్ తప్పనిసరి కాదు. వినియోగదారుడు ఇష్టముంటే స్వచ్ఛందంగా గుర్తింపులా వాడుకోవచ్చు.
సవరణల సందర్భంగా సభ్యులు లేవనెత్తిన అభ్యంతరాలకు సమాధానమిచ్చారు కేంద్రమంత్రి రవిశంకర్ ప్రసాద్. ఆధార్ కార్డు ఎవరి గోప్యతకు భంగం కలిగించదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. దేశ ప్రయోజనాలను ఆధార్ సంరక్షిస్తోందని చెప్పారు.
జమ్ముకశ్మీర్ రిజర్వేషన్ చట్ట సవరణ బిల్లును సభలో కేంద్ర హోంశాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి కిషన్ రెడ్డి ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. ఈ సవరణ ప్రకారం జమ్ముకశ్మీర్లో వాస్తవాధీన రేఖ వెంబడి 10 కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధిలో నివసిస్తున్న వారు నేరుగా ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు, పదోన్నతులు, ప్రొఫెషనల్ కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాల్లో రిజర్వేషన్లు పొందొచ్చు.
కొందరు విపక్ష ఎంపీలు ఈ బిల్లును వ్యతిరేకించగా, వారి డిమాండ్లను స్పీకర్ ఓం బిర్లా తోసిపుచ్చారు.

And afterwards, when you saw him on a big pitch, because, obviously, I had the chance to see him on a different pitch, you could see the quality, the intelligence of his play, all of those things that Paul has. But he had all that with the strength of personality that you need to reach the highest level and that's the reason why he's up there today."

STORYLINE:
A trio of Paul Pogba's former coaches at French club Le Havre have told SNTV the Manchester United midfielder should leave the Premier League for Real Madrid.
Academy director at the second division French side, Francois Rodrigues, believes it's a "fantastic idea" for his former protegee to link up with Zinedine Zidane at the Bernabeu, saying it would be hard for Pogba to ignore a call from his French compatriot.
Pogba played for Le Havre's academy between 2007-09 before a disputed move to Manchester United's youth setup. He only made three appearances for the first team before Sir Alex Ferguson let him go to Juventus in 2012. Four years later Manchester United would pay a world record £89 million (GBP, around 113 U.S. dollars) to re-sign him.
After winning the World Cup with France in 2018 Pogba had a fractious season back in the English Premier League under former Red Devils coach Jose Mourinho before an upturn in form when the Portuguese manager was replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in December.
But with Manchester United only finishing sixth in the Premier League after failing to win their final five Premier League fixtures, Pogba is being linked with a move away to Real or back to Juventus.
Le Havre has nurtured a host of top-flight footballers over the years, including current Manchester City stars Benjamin Mendy and Riyad Mahrez as well as new Real Madrid recruit Ferland Mendy.
And the man who discovered Pogba playing as a 13-year-old in a Paris suburb, Frack Sale, believes Zidane has the right psychology to deal with Pogba's "force of character", something Sale stressed should not be confused for arrogance.
