భారత రెజ్లర్​ వినేశ్ ఫొగాట్​ బంగారు పతకం గెలుపొందింది. ఉక్రెయిన్ వేదికగా జరిగిన రెజ్లింగ్ పోటీల్లో 53 కేజీల విభాగంలో బెలూరస్​ రెజ్లర్​ వెనెసాపై విజయం సాధించింది.

భారత రెజ్లర్​ వినేశ్​ ఫొగాట్​ 53 కేజీల విభాగంలో గోల్డ్​ మెడల్​ సాధించింది. ఉక్రెయిన్​లోని కైవ్​ వేదికగా జరిగిన 24వ ఔట్​స్టాండింగ్ రెజ్లర్స్​ అండ్​ కోచెస్​ మొమోరియల్ పోటీల్లో.. బెలూరస్​ రెజ్లర్ వెనెసా కలాడ్జిన్స్కాయపై గెలుపొందింది. లాక్​డౌన్ తర్వాత వినేశ్​​ గెలుపొందిన తొలి మెడల్​ ఇదే.

వినేశ్​ విజయంపై స్పోర్ట్స్​ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా(ఎస్​ఏఐ) ట్వీట్​ చేసింది. ​ టోక్యో వేదికగా జరగనున్న ఒలింపిక్స్​కు ఆమె​ ఇప్పటికే అర్హత సాధించింది.
