Asian Games Medals List : ఆసియా క్రీడల్లో తెలుగమ్మాయి జ్యోతి సురేఖ మరోసారి మెరిసింది. తాజాగా జరిగిన ఆర్చరీ మహిళా టీమ్‌ కాంపౌండ్‌ విభాగం ఫైనల్స్​లో అదితి, పర్నీత్​తో కలిసి పసిడి పతకాన్ని ముద్దాడింది.

Asian Games Medals List : ఆసియా క్రీడల్లో పతాకల వేట కొనసాగుతోంది. తాజాగా జరిగిన ఆర్చరీ మహిళా టీమ్‌ కాంపౌండ్‌ విభాగం భారత్​కు మరో పసిడి దక్కింది. ఆర్చర్లు అదితి, జ్యోతి సురేఖ వెన్నమ్ పర్నీత్ కౌర్ రాణించి.. 230-228 స్కోర్‌లైన్‌తో చైనీస్ తైపీ జట్టును ఓడించారు. దీంతో తెలుగమ్మాయి జ్యోతి సురేఖ ఖాతాలో మరో స్వర్ణం వచ్చింది. 2014లో జరిగిన ఆసియా క్రీడల్లో మహిళల కాంపౌండ్‌ టీమ్‌లో కాంస్యం నెగ్గిన సురేఖ.. 2018లో రజతం గెలిచింది. ఇప్పుడు పసిడి సొంతం చేసుకుంది.

మరోవైపు మిక్స్​డ్​ డబుల్స్​ ఈవెంట్​లో ప్రముఖ స్క్వాష్​ ద్వయం దీపికా పల్లికల్ల్, హరిందర్​ పాల్​ సింగ్​ స్వర్ణాన్ని గెలుచుకున్నారు. తాజాగా జరిగిన ఫైనల్స్​ ఈవెంట్​లో మలేసియా జట్టుపై 2-0 పాయింట్ల తేడాతో పసిడిని ముద్దాడారు.

మరోవైపు అందరి అంచనాలను నిజం చేస్తూ జావెలిన్‌ త్రోలో భారత స్టార్‌ అథ్లెట్‌ నీరజ్‌ చోప్రా 88.88 మీటర్ల దూరం బల్లాన్ని విసిరి పసిడిని ముద్దాడాడు. ఇదే విభాగంలో నీరజ్‌కు గట్టిపోటీ ఇచ్చిన కిశోర్‌ కుమార్‌ జెనా కెరీర్‌ బెస్ట్‌ నమోదు చేస్తూ రజత పతకం కైవసం చేసుకున్నాడు. 86.77 మీటర్ల దూరం బల్లెం విసిరిన కిశోర్‌ చివరి వరకూ నీరజ్‌కు గట్టిపోటీనిచ్చాడు.

మహిళల 1500 మీటర్లలో రజతం గెలుచుకున్న హర్మిలన్‌ 800 మీటర్లలోనూ మరో రజతం సాధించింది. పురుషుల గ్రీకో-రోమన్ రెజ్లింగ్‌ 87 కేజీల విభాగంలో సునీల్ కుమార్ కాంస్య పతకం సాధించాడు. గ్రీకో-రోమన్‌ రెజ్లింగ్‌ విభాగంలో భారత్‌కు పతకం దక్కడం ఇదే తొలిసారి.

అయితే బ్బాక్సింగ్‌లో ఒలింపిక్‌ పతక విజేత లవ్లీనా బోర్గోహైన్‌ రజతంతో సరిపెట్టుకుంది. లవ్లీనా ఓటమితో ఆసియా క్రీడల్లో భారత బాక్సర్ల పోరాటం స్వర్ణ పతకం లేకుండానే ముగిసింది. ఇక భారత పురుషుల హాకీ జట్టు కూడా అదరగొట్టింది. సెమీఫైనల్​లో దక్షిణకొరియాను 5-3 తేడాతో ఓడించి ఫైనల్​కు చేరింది.

Asian Games 2023 Tennis : ఇటీవలే జరిగిన ఫైనల్స్​లో టెన్నిస్​ క్రీడాకారులు సంచలనం సృష్టించారు. పురుషుల డబుల్స్‌లో పసిడి నిలబెట్టుకోలేకపోయిన రోహన్‌ బోపన్న మిక్స్‌డ్‌ డబుల్స్‌లో మాత్రం పట్టు వదల్లేదు. తన కోప్లేయర్​ రుతుజ భోసాలేతో కలిసి బంగారు పతకాన్ని ఖాతాలో వేసుకున్నాడు. మిక్స్‌డ్‌ డబుల్స్‌ ఫైనల్లో రెండో సీడ్‌ బోపన్న- రుతుజ జోడీ 2-6, 6-3, 10-4 తేడాతో తొమ్మిదో సీడ్‌ లియాంగ్‌- హువాంగ్‌ (చైనీస్‌ తైపీ)పై గెలిచింది.
