వాట్సన్​ పోరాటపటిమపై నెటిజన్ల ప్రశంసలు

మోకాలికి గాయమై రక్తాన్ని చిందిస్తూ మైదానంలో వాట్సన్​ పోరాడిన తీరుకు సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో అభినందనలు వెల్లువెత్తుతున్నాయి. ముంబయితో జరిగిన ఫైనల్ మ్యాచ్​లో తన పోరాట పటిమతో అందరినీ ఆకట్టుకున్నాడీ చెన్నై ఓపెనర్​.

సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో షేన్​ వాట్సన్​పై అభినందనలు వెల్లువెత్తుతున్నాయి. ముంబయితో ఆదివారం జరిగిన ఫైనల్​లో మోకాలికి గాయమైనా.. తన పోరాట పటిమతో అందరినీ ఆకట్టుకున్నాడు. నిజమైన హీరో.. అంకిత భావంతో తమ మనసులు గెల్చుకున్నాడంటూ విశేషంగా స్పందించారు నెటిజన్లు. బాహుబలిలో ప్రభాస్​తో పోల్చుతూ మీమ్స్​ సృష్టించారు. గొప్ప వారియర్​, లెజెండ్​ అంటూ కొనియాడారు అభిమానులు.

ఈ మ్యాచ్​లో 80 పరుగులు చేసిన వాట్సన్.. చెన్నైని గెలిపించేందుకు శాయశక్తులా ప్రయత్నించాడు. మోకాలికి గాయమైనా.. రక్తం చిందిస్తూ చివరివరకు మైదానంలో నిలబడ్డాడు. మ్యాచ్ అనంతరం గాయానికి ఆరు కుట్లు పడ్డాయంటే వాట్సన్​ ఎంత నిబద్ధతతో పోరాడాడో అర్థమవుతోంది. ఈ విషయం వాట్సన్​ ఎవరికీ తెలియనివ్వలేదని చెన్నై బౌలర్ హర్భజన్ సింగ్​ ఇన్​స్టాలో పంచుకున్నాడు.

వాట్సన్​ తర్వాత సీజన్​లోనూ చెన్నై ఓపెనర్​గానే బరిలోకి దిగాలని అభిమానులు కోరుకుంటున్నారు. ముంబయితో జరిగిన ఈ మ్యాచ్​లో చెన్నై ఒక్క పరుగు తేడాతో ఓడి రన్నరప్​గా నిలిచింది.

The Badminton World Federation unveiled its new outdoor game, AirBadminton and new outdoor shuttlecock the AirShuttle on Monday at a global launch ceremony Guangzhou, China.
BWF president Poul-Erik Hoyer said AirBadminton will create opportunities for people of all ages and ability to play badminton on hard, grass and sand surfaces in parks, gardens, streets, playgrounds and beaches.
Airbadminton uses a new outdoor shuttlecock designed with increased durability, stability and wind resistance to for outdoors play.
