పాకిస్థాన్పై ట్రిపుల్ సెంచరీ చేసి సత్తాచాటిన వార్నర్ను ఉద్దేశిస్తూ అతడి సతీమణి కాండిస్ ఓ ట్వీట్ చేసింది. ఇందులో గాంధీ చెప్పిన మాటల్ని గుర్తు చేసుకుంది.

పాకిస్థాన్‌తో జరుగుతున్న రెండో టెస్టులో (డేనైట్‌) ఆస్ట్రేలియా విధ్వంసకర ఓపెనర్‌ డేవిడ్‌ వార్నర్‌(335*) ట్రిపుల్‌ శతకంతో అదరగొట్టాడు. ఈ విషయంపై స్పందించిన అతడి సతీమణి కాండిస్‌ వార్నర్‌ ట్విట్టర్లో ఓ సందేశాన్ని పోస్ట్ చేసింది. భారత జాతిపిత మహాత్మా గాంధీ మాటలను గుర్తు చేసుకుంది.

"శారీరక సామర్థ్యంతో బలం చేకూరదు. దృఢ సంకల్పంతోనే అది సిద్ధిస్తుంది" అనే కోట్‌ను వార్నర్‌ను ఉద్దేశించి ట్వీట్ చేసింది కాండిస్. "నీ గురించి ఇతరులు ఏం నమ్ముతున్నారని కాదు, నీపై నువ్వు ఏ నమ్మకంతో ఉన్నావన్నదే ముఖ్యం" అని తెలిపింది.

And thirdly, that his access to family and treatment that would meet world standards is being provided to him. Now, the most recent consular access was a matter of great concern to me and the foreign minister and we will continue to make those representations on behalf of an Australian citizen."
3. Morrison and Dutton leaving news conference
STORYLINE:
Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison on Monday said he is concerned about the daily interrogation of a shackled Chinese-Australian writer detained in Beijing on suspicion of espionage.
Yang Hengjun was taken into custody in January upon arriving in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou from New York with his wife, Yuan Xiaoliang, and his 14-year-old stepdaughter.
Speaking in Canberra, Morisson said he would like to see that Yang's "access to family and treatment that would meet world standards is being provided to him."
Some analysts suspect Yang has been detained because of Chinese anger over Australian legislation passed by parliament last year that outlaws covert foreign interference in Australian politics and institutions.
Morrison said Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne shares his concern for Yang.
