STORYLINE:
Danubio FC of Uruguay and Atlético Mineiro of Brazil drew 2-2 (1-1) for the second phase of the Copa Libertadores 2019, in an entertaining first leg game played on Tuesday (5th February) in Montevideo.
The visiting eleven opened the account through the midfielder Ricardo Oliveira, scoring between the legs of the local goalkeeper (29th minute), while the home side drew level just before halftime with a tip from Federico Rodríguez (45th + 2).
The Oliveira tallied Mineiro's second with a precise header after the break (78th minute), but Danubio responded two minutes later with a header of their own from Sergio Felipe at the 80th minute.
