హీరో కార్తికేయకు 'ఆర్ఎక్స్​ 100'తో సెన్సేషనల్ హిట్ ఇచ్చిన కార్తికేయ క్రియేటివ్ వ‌ర్క్స్ ప‌తాకంపై వస్తోన్న చిత్రం '90ఎంఎల్'. శేఖర్ రెడ్డి దర్శకత్వం వహించాడు. ఈ సినిమా విడుదల తేదీపై క్లారిటీ ఇచ్చింది చిత్రబృందం.

టాలీవుడ్ యువ హీరో కార్తికేయ, నేహా సోలంకి ప్రధాన పాత్రల్లో నటించిన చిత్రం '90ఎంఎల్'. శేఖర్ రెడ్డి దర్శకత్వం వహించాడు. అనూప్ రూబెన్స్ సంగీతం అందించిన పాటలకు, ప్రమోషనల్ టూర్లకు, ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంటుకు ఇప్పటికే అనూహ్య స్పందన వచ్చింది. కానీ విడుదల తేదీపై కాస్త గందరగోళం నెలకొంది. దీనిపై స్పష్టతనిచ్చింది చిత్రబృందం.

ఈ సందర్భంగా నిర్మాత అశోక్ రెడ్డి గుమ్మ‌కొండ మాట్లాడుతూ.. "90ml ని మొదట ఈ నెల 5న (గురువారం) విడుదల చేద్దాం అనుకున్నాం. కానీ కొన్ని అనివార్య కారణాల వల్ల డిసెంబర్ 6కి మార్చుకున్నాం. మా బ్యానర్​కు పేరు తెచ్చిన బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ చిత్రం 'ఆర్​ఎక్స్​ 100'ని మించిన హిట్ అవుతుందని మా ప్రగాఢ నమ్మకం" అని అన్నారు.

ఇక కథ విషయానికి వస్తే ఇందులో హీరో కార్తికేయ పోషిస్తున్న పాత్ర పేరు 'దేవ‌దాస్‌, ఎంబీఏ గోల్డ్ మెడ‌లిస్ట్. అంత‌టి విద్యావంతుడు 'ఆథ‌రైజ్​డ్ డ్రింక‌ర్‌'గా ఎందుకు మారాడన్న కాన్సెప్ట్ చుట్టూ కథ తిరుగుతుంది. సెన్సార్ కార్యక్రమాలు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న ఈ చిత్రానికి 'A' సర్టిఫికెట్ లభించింది.

As the seas that surround it on three sides rise, billons could be spent to put walls around Charleston, South Carolina.
Seawall raising projects are already underway, reminiscent of the barriers built just after the city's founding 350 years ago.
STORYLINE:
Historic cities in the Southeast U.S. along the Atlantic Ocean, such as Charleston and dozens of smaller towns have survived wars, sieges, hurricanes, disease outbreaks and many other calamities.
Now with sea levels creeping up with no sign of stopping, they face a challenge that isn't likely to go away without billions of dollars of spending.
Mark Wilbert who works for the City of Charleston says the rising sea levels are unlikely to be reversed:
"I think we're just going to have to agree to that the tides and the seas are going to continue to rise. The tides are going to continue to be more frequent," he says.
That's daunting for Charleston, with its 225 million US Dollar budget  as it waits to see if federal officials suggest surrounding its downtown peninsula with seawalls.
It's even more intimidating for a place like Swansboro, North Carolina, a coastal town with 3,200 people and less than 4 million US Dollars a year to spend on police, fire and public works.
Swansboro's downtown sits on the White Oak River.
The city seal is on almost every building along with the date it was built. Almost all are older than the grey-haired tourists leisurely walking around.
But those buildings were flooded in 2018 by Hurricane Florence's double blow of surge from the ocean and 30 inches (76 centimetres) of rain.
Stunned, the town commissioned a report to plan for the future. In it is was a sober suggestion that the historic waterfront may end up a block or two inland by the end of this century, written in what could be considered government jargon:
"Consider retracting services or strategically abandoning infrastructure in areas that are likely to be risky or dangerous."
Charleston feels the tug of history even more. It was once the most heavily fortified city in North America with a system of walls, moats and drawbridges to keep out the Spanish, French and Native Americans and sometimes storm surge.
The 7 million visitors each year to Charleston are looking for that old charm and the water which now threatens its existence.
There are a number of projects in the works.
The city, with state and federal help, is spending 64 million US Dollars to raise the lowest part of the seawall, which creates its downtown Battery, to the height of the rest of the wall.
Looking at a map the City of Charleston's Matthew Fountain says:
"We talked about raising the low battery. That's this section here, from basically the Coast Guard station down to White Point Gardens. That's sort of again protecting it. You can see the Atlantic Ocean coming there, basically protecting against that tide surge coming through."
Mark Wilbert says it's hoped that should keep the city safe from the ocean even if it rises more than 6 feet (2 metres) in the next century.
