US Aid To Gaza : ఇజ్రాయెల్‌ సైన్యం-హమాస్‌ మిలిటెంట్ల మధ్య భీకర యుద్ధంతో తీవ్ర మానవతా సంక్షోభం ఎదుర్కొంటున్న గాజాకు అమెరికా భారీ సాయాన్ని ప్రకటించింది. 10లక్షల మందికి పైగా ప్రజలకు, యుద్ధ ప్రభావిత పాలస్తీనియన్లకు తాము చేసిన సాయం ఉపయోగపడుతుందని అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు బైడెన్​ తెలిపారు.

Resolution UN Israel Gaza : గాజా స్ట్రిప్‌కు మానవతా సహాయాన్ని అనుమతించడానికి, ఇజ్రాయెల్- హమాస్ మధ్య వివాదానికి విరామం ఇవ్వడానికి పిలుపునిస్తూ ఐక్యరాజ్యసమితి భద్రతా మండలిలో ప్రవేశపెట్టిన తీర్మానాన్ని అమెరికా వీటో చేసింది. దీంతో బ్రెజిల్ నేతృత్వంలోని ముసాయిదా తీర్మానాన్ని ఆమోదించడంలో UN భద్రతా మండలి బుధవారం విఫలమైంది. కౌన్సిల్ అధ్యక్ష స్థానంలో ఉన్న బ్రెజిల్ ప్రతిపాదించిన ముసాయిదా తీర్మానంపై ఓటు వేయడానికి 15 దేశాల కౌన్సిల్ సమావేశమైంది. 12 మంది కౌన్సిల్ సభ్యులు తీర్మానానికి అనుకూలంగా ఓటు వేయగా.. రష్యా , బ్రిటన్ గైర్హాజరయ్యాయి. US వీటో కారణంగా తీర్మానం వీగిపోయింది. పశ్చిమాసియాలో పరిస్థితిపై తీర్మానాన్ని ఆమోదించడంలో కౌన్సిల్ విఫలమవ్వడం రెండు రోజుల్లో ఇది రెండోసారి.
