సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల ప్రకటన వెలువడిన నేపథ్యంలో దేశీయ స్టాక్ మార్కెట్లు లాభాలతో ముగిశాయి. బాంబే స్టాక్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజ్ సూచీ సెన్సెక్స్ 383 పాయింట్లకు ఎగబాకి 37,054 వద్ద ముగిసింది. జాతీయ స్టాక్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజ్ సూచీ నిఫ్టీ 133 పాయింట్ల లాభంతో 11, 168 వద్ద నిలిచింది. ఆర్నెల్ల కాలంలో సెన్సెక్స్ 37 వేల మార్కును తొలిసారి దాటింది.

ఎన్నికల కమిషన్ సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటించిన నేపథ్యంలో మార్కెట్లు సానుకూలంగా సాగాయి. మదుపరులు కొనుగోళ్లపై ఆసక్తి కనబరిచారు. ఈ జోరు ఇలాగే కొనసాగే అవకాశం ఉందని మార్కెట్ విశ్లేషకులు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.

విద్యుత్, బ్యాంకింగ్, లోహ, ఇంధన రంగ షేర్లు లాభాల్ని ఆర్జించాయి. రంగాల షేర్లు ఒక శాతానిగి పైగా లాభాలను ఆర్జించాయి. భారతీ ఎయిర్టెల్, హెచ్పీసీఎల్, ఐషర్ మోటర్స్ లాభపడ్డాయి.
