దేశీయ స్టాక్ మార్కెట్ సూచీలు నష్టాలతో ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. 30 షేర్ సూచీ సెన్సెక్స్​లో​ పోర్ట్​ఫోలియో మార్పులు, ఆర్​బీఐ రూ. 10 వేల కోట్ల సెక్యూరిటీలను బహిరంగ మార్కెట్​లో అమ్మకానికి పెట్టడం, లాభాల స్వీకరణకు మదుపరులు మొగ్గు చూపిన నేపథ్యంలో నష్టాల్లో కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. బొంబాయి స్టాక్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజీ సూచీ సెన్సెక్స్ 2 పాయింట్ల పెరిగి 41, 683 వద్ద ట్రేడవుతోంది. జాతీయ స్టాక్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజీ సూచీ నిఫ్టీ 13 పాయింట్లు వృద్ధి చెంది 12, 285 వద్ద ట్రేడవుతోంది.

టాటా స్టీల్, అల్ట్రా టెక్ సిమెంట్, వేదాంత, ఓఎన్​జీసీ, టైటాన్, హిందుస్థాన్ యూనిలీవర్, జేఎస్​డబ్ల్యూ స్టీల్, హిందాల్కో, కోటక్ బ్యంక్ షేర్లు లాభాల్లో ఉన్నాయి.

నష్టాల్లో ఉన్న షేర్లు

రిలయన్స్, ఎయిర్​టెల్, టెక్​ మహీంద్రా, గెయిల్, నెస్లీ, బజాజ్ ఆటో, హెచ్​డీఎఫ్​సీ, ఐసీఐసీఐ బ్యాంక్, అదానీ పోర్ట్స్​ షేర్లు నష్టాల్లో ఉన్నాయి.

రూపాయి క్షీణత

డాలరు మారకం విలువతో పోలిస్తే రూపాయి విలువ 5 పైసలు క్షీణించి 71.17 ను చేరింది. బ్రెంట్ ముడి చమురు ధర 30 శాతం తగ్గి 65.94 డాలర్లకు చేరింది.

STORYLINE:
The leaders of China, Japan and South Korea are holding their latest trilateral summit in China this week, amid feuds over trade, military manoeuverings and historical animosities.
Chinese premier Li Keqiang will be hosting the summit with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and South Korean Prime Minister Moon Jae-in on December 24 in China's southwest city of Chengdu.
Economic cooperation and the North Korean nuclear threat are the main issues binding the three countries together.
"As close neighbours, it is normal for China, Japan and ROK (South Korea) to have differences in history and territory and other issues," said Luo Zhaohui, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister.
"The key point is that the three sides should work together to manage and control the differences and in the meantime should prevent external disturbances."
China's relations with Japan had been more acrimonious than with any foreign state, but have in recent years undergone a remarkable transformation, partly as a result of the US-China tariff war.
Planning is underway for a state visit by China's President Xi to Japan in the spring, made possible by the temporary shelving of contentious political issues and Beijing's desire to exploit regional dissatisfaction with Washington over its trade policies.
South Korea's relations with China, its biggest trading partner, have been strained over Seoul's decision to host a US anti-missile system that Beijing perceives as a security threat.
"At this juncture, it is common sense for China to improve relations with its neighbors Japan and South Korea," said Shi Yinhong, professor of international relations, at Beijing's Renmin University.
"China's stance is that it aims to make the Korean peninsula more pro-China," said Shin Beom-chul, a South Korea's North Korea expert, "I think the Chinese government will try to use the rift in South Korea-US relations to strengthen its effort to pull South Korea closer to China."
Tensions on the Korean Peninsula will be another difficult topic in the meeting of the three leaders.
North Korea is ratcheting up pressure on US President Donald Trump's administration to extract major concessions as it approaches an end-of-year deadline set by leader Kim Jong Un to salvage deadlocked nuclear negotiations.
Tensions between Japan and South Korea make it even harder for the summit to achieve substantial results.
Tensions rooted in South Korean resentment over Japan's 20th century colonial occupation spiked this year to a level unseen in decades, as they traded accusations over wartime history, trade and military-to-military cooperation.
The countries managed to strike a fragile truce in November after a rare intervention by the US, concerned about a growing rift between its two key treaty allies.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will hold a one-on-one meeting on Christmas Eve on the sidelines of the trilateral summit.
