జాతీయ కంపెనీ లా అప్పీలేట్ ట్రైబ్యునల్(ఎన్సీఎల్ఏటీ) ఎదుట రిలయన్స్ గ్రూప్ ఛైర్మన్ అనిల్ అంబానీకి ఊరట లభించింది.

రిలయన్స్ ఇన్ఫ్రాటెల్.. తమ బకాయిలు చెల్లించలేదని ఆరోపిస్తూ కొందరు వాటాదారులు రిలయన్స్ గ్రూప్ ఛైర్మన్ అనిల్ అంబానీపై, ఇతర అధికారులపైనా ధిక్కార పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. రిలయన్స్ ఇన్ఫ్రాటెల్.. రిలయన్స్ కమ్యూనికేషన్స్(ఆర్కామ్)కు అనుబంధ సంస్థ. ప్రస్తుతం దివాలాలో ఉంది.

ఇద్దరు సభ్యుల ఎన్సీఎల్ఏటీ ధర్మాసనం ఈ పిటిషన్ను కొట్టివేసింది. ధిక్కరణకు సంబంధించిన అంశమేమీ కనిపించనందున కేసు నమోదు చేయలేమని స్పష్టం చేశారు ఎన్సీఎల్ఏటీ ఛైర్మన్ జస్టిస్ ఎస్జే ముఖోపాధ్యాయ.

రూ. 230 కోట్ల బకాయిలు...

రిలయన్స్ ఇన్ఫ్రాటెల్ తమకు సకాలంలో చెల్లించాల్సిన రూ. 230 కోట్లను కట్టలేదని అప్పీలేట్ ట్రైబ్యునల్ను ఆశ్రయించింది హెచ్ఎస్బీసీ డైసీ.

రిలయన్స్ ఇన్ఫ్రాటెల్, హెచ్ఎస్బీసీ డైసీ ఇంకా ఇతర సంస్థలు చేసుకున్న ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం.. అనిల్ అంబానీ అధీనంలోని సంస్థ ఆరు నెలల్లో ఈ మొత్తం చెల్లించాలని ఎన్సీఎల్ఏటీ 2018 జూన్ 26 నాటి ఆదేశాల్లో స్పష్టం చేసింది.

6 నెలల గడువు ముగిసిన అనంతరం.. రిలయన్స్ ఇన్ఫ్రాటెల్లో 4.26 శాతం వాటా కలిగిన 9 మంది మైనార్టీ వాటాదారులు, హెచ్ఎస్బీసీ డైసీ.. ధిక్కార పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు.

అయితే ప్రస్తుతం సంస్థ దివాలా ప్రక్రియలో ఉన్నందున చెల్లింపులు సాధ్యం కాదని, పైగా ఐబీసీ నిబంధనల కింద మారటోరియం విధింపు కొనసాగుతోందని ఆర్కామ్.. ట్రైబ్యునల్కు తెలిపింది.

So the big problem is the stronger his government gets the more problems he has in the House of Commons and trying to get that Brexit deal through parliament."

"There are two hopes for people that are in favour of remaining in the European Union or some sort of really soft deal with the European Union, that Boris Johnson could bring. He might be the only politician in the whole of the UK that has the flexibility to do that and that, and the strength as a political communicator."

"Also, it's very possible that he might not be able to form any strong stable government at all and you could find that his tenure as prime minister is a matter of a couple of months and we go to a general election and then potentially have a referendum on staying in the European Union. STORYLINE:
Britain's governing Conservative Party is set to reveal Tuesday the identity of the country's next prime minister, with Brexit hardliner Boris Johnson the strong favourite to get the job.
Party officials will announce whether Johnson or rival Jeremy Hunt has won a ballot of about 160,000 Conservative members.
But regardless of who wins, the next Prime Minister will have an impossible task ahead as they take on Brexit, analysts say.
"The huge challenge that faces whoever comes into Number 10 almost immediately is the fact that they need to come up with a plan on Brexit that can get through a gridlocked House of Commons and that can satisfy the party that's just voted them in and that can be agreed by the European Union," said Alan Wager, a research associate with the 'UK in a Changing Europe' think tank.
The odds are in favour of Johnson who has advocated for a no-deal Brexit if an agreement cannot be reached with the European Union by October 31.
Several members of outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May's government have said they will resign before they can be fired by Johnson over their opposition to his threat to go through with a no-deal Brexit.
"The more his cabinet is pro Brexit and pro Boris Johnson the more those people that are in government at the moment go to the back benches. People like Theresa May, and they will be a very vocal opposition to any attempt to have a no deal Brexit," Wager explained.
"So the big problem is the stronger as government gets the more problems he has in the House of Commons and trying to get that Brexit deal through parliament."
EU leaders insist they won't reopen the 585-page withdrawal agreement they made with May's government, which has been repeatedly rejected by Britain's Parliament.
The new prime minister will preside over a House of Commons in which most members oppose leaving the EU without a deal, and where the Conservative Party lacks an overall majority.
Opposition parties are preparing for an early election which could be triggered if the government loses a no-confidence vote in the coming months.
