'ఎన్ని సవాళ్లు ఎదురైనా అప్పు తీరుస్తాం'

రిలయన్స్ గ్రూపునకు ఉన్న అప్పుల్లో రూ.35,000 కోట్లు తీర్చినట్లు సంస్థ ఛైర్మన్ అనిల్ అంబానీ ప్రకటించారు. మిగతా అప్పులు కూడా తీరుస్తామని ఆయన ఉద్ఘాటించారు.

గడచిన 14 నెలల్లో తాము రూ.35,000 కోట్ల అప్పులు చెల్లించామని రుణ సంక్షోభంలో కూరుకుపోయిన రిలయన్స్ గ్రూపు ఛైర్మన్ అనిల్ అంబానీ తెలిపారు. ఆస్తుల విక్రయం ద్వారా ఇతర బకాయిలనూ తీరుస్తామని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారాయన.

రుణదాతల నుంచి అనేక సవాళ్లు ఎదురైనప్పటికీ రూ. 35,000 కోట్లు తిరిగి చెల్లించామన్నారు అనిల్ అంబానీ. ఇందులో రూ. 24,800 కోట్లు అసలు, వడ్డీ కింద రూ.10,600 కోట్లు చెల్లించినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ మొత్తాలను 2018 ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి 2019 మే 31 మధ్య చెల్లించినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు.

నియంత్రణ సంస్థలు గానీ, రుణదాతలు గానీ తమకు చేయూతనివ్వలేదని ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఈ కారణంగా వడ్డీ రూపంలో మరింత భారం పడిందని వివరించారు.

Kyrgyzstan is one of the main countries involved in the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative. Though most Chinese investments are focused on industries such as infrastructure, transportation and energy, there's another that's hoping to get a boost from Chinese investors -- information technology (IT).
The Kyrgyz government is striving to develop the country's IT market. With the support of the High Tech Park of Kyrgyzstan, a forum was held on Sunday in the capital city of Bishkek to bring experts in the field together.
Potential clients and investors found it a good opportunity to network and discuss the latest trends in IT.
"Our revenues are doubling each year. Our specialists are growing by 50 percent per year, so we have this dynamic growth. We are expanding our markets. Right now, we export to more than 30 countries, so we are very proud of our IT sector," said Altynbek Ismailov, director of the High Tech Park of Kyrgyzstan.
Ismailov said the Kyrgyz IT companies are eying Chinese investors.
"We see the tremendous growth in China. And of course as a neighboring country, we want to partner with them, and we are looking for more joint opportunities," said Ismailov.
One of the fast growing industries is gaming.
Grimwood Team, located in Bishkek, is a company focusing on video game development. Their game World of One has become the first game from Kyrgyzstan to enter the Steam and Xbox platforms.
Co-founder of the company Sergei Alexeev said the interest in gaming has been on the rise in Kyrgyzstan.
"People are increasing their kind of skills in this. They start to understand that games are also a kind of art, that you need to maintain and support people who make games. And they’re trying to pay for games," said Alexeev.
Alexeev said they are hopeful of penetrating into the Chinese market.
"It's a really big market. And we know that we can provide and develop products for China, and for Chinese. I think China will love us and our games," said Alexeev.
The IT industry in Kyrgyzstan has lots of potential to bloom especially for start-up companies such as Grimwood Team.
Alexeev said luring foreign investment from countries such as China is not only about a potential increase of revenue, but also about developing their human resources and attracting talent from abroad.
The Belt and Road Initiative, referring to the proposal to build a Silk Road Economic Belt and a 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, was proposed by China in 2013 to improve policy coordination, connectivity of facilities, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and strengthened people-to-people exchanges on a trans-continental scale.
