శ్రీకృష్ణ జన్మాష్టమి వేడుకలు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఘనంగా జరుగుతున్నాయి. భక్తులతో దేవాలయాలు కిటకిటలాడుతున్నాయి. మహిళలు దాండియా ఆటలతో రాధాకృష్ణుల ఆరాధన చేస్తున్నారు.

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఘనంగా శ్రీకృష్ణ జన్మాష్టమి వేడుకలు

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా కృష్ణాష్టమి వేడుకలు ఘనంగా జరుగుతున్నాయి. పరంధాముని దేవాలయాలన్నీ భక్తులతో కిటకిటలాడుతున్నాయి.

చిన్నారులు కృష్ణుని వేషం ధరించి... చిన్ని కృష్ణయ్యను తలపిస్తున్నారు. మహిళలు దాండియా ఆడుతూ సందడి చేస్తున్నారు. యువకులు ఉట్ల పండుగకు సన్నద్ధమవుతున్నారు. చిన్నాపెద్దా తేడా లేకుండా అందరూ ఆ నవనీత చోరుని ఆరాధనలో తరిస్తున్నారు.

తమిళనాడు మధురైలో కృష్ణయ్య ఆలయాలు భక్తులతో కోలాహలంగా మారాయి. భక్తులు దేవదేవుణ్ని ధూపదీప నైవేద్యాలతో ఆరాధిస్తున్నారు. కర్ణాటక బెంగళూరులోని ఇస్కాన్ ఆలయంలో వైభవోపేతంగా కృష్ణారాధన జరుగుతోంది.

నేపాల్లోనూ కృష్ణలీలలు

నేపాల్ లలిత్పురలోని కృష్ణ మందిరంలో శ్రీకృష్ణ జన్మాష్టమి వేడుకలు దేదీప్యమానంగా జరుగుతున్నాయి.

విష్ణుమూర్తి దశావతారాల్లో ఎనిమిదోది కృష్ణావతారం. దేవకీమాత గర్భం నుంచి ఆయన జన్మించిన తిథి అష్టమి. అదే కృష్ణాష్టమి. కృష్ణావతారంలో ఆయన దుష్ట శిక్షణ, శిష్ట రక్షణ గావించాడు. రేపల్లె గోపాలుడు రాసకేళితో గోపికల జన్మ చరితార్థం చేశాడు. భగవద్గీత ద్వారా జనులకు జ్ఞానామృతాన్ని ధారబోశాడు.

"On Monday August 19 at approximately 8:27 a.m, the Cal. State Fullerton Police Department received a 911 call regarding a male down here in this parking lot at the 600 block of South Langsdorf. Police officers from both the Cal State Fullerton Police Department and the Fullerton Police Department responded. Once here they located a 57-year-old male, later identified as Steven Chan with numerous stab wounds about his body. Officers immediately began life-saving measure, however Mr. Chan succombed to his wounds and was pronounced deceased here at the scene by Fullerton Fire Department paramedics.

"On Wednesday August 21st at approximately 10:16pm, Fullerton police detectives placed a 51-year-old male named Chuyen Vo under arrest at his residence in the city of Huntington Beach for the murder of Mr. Chan. Fullerton Police Detectives believe, based on their investigation, that Vo acted alone during the planning and commission of this murder. We now know that Vo and Chan were coworkers here at Cal State Fullerton, and beyond them being coworkers we cannot comment specifically on their work relationship."

STORYLINE:
A suspect arrested in the stabbing death of a man at the California State University, Fullerton campus was a co-worker of the victim, police said Thursday.
Chuyen Vo, 51, was arrested Wednesday night at his home in Huntington Beach, officials announced at a news conference near the killing scene in a campus parking lot.
Lt. Jon Radus declined, however, to elaborate on the work relationship of the suspect, and it was unclear whether it was current or in the past.  Police would not say what the motive was for the attack.
The victim, Steven Shek Keung Chan, 57, worked as the director of budget and finance and student services for university extended education but retired in 2017. He returned to the campus in January to work as a consultant.
University spokeswoman Ellen Treanor said the school had no reports of any problems between Chan and Vo.
Authorities have said Chan was found stabbed numerous times inside his silver Infiniti in a campus parking lot on Monday, and they believed it was a targeted attack.
The suspect was seen fleeing on foot and later leaving a nearby parking lot in a black sedan. The suspect may have sustained cuts to at least one hand during the attack, authorities said.
Authorities said they found a backpack containing items that could be used in a kidnapping, such as zip ties and wigs, under Chan's car, and believed it belonged to the attacker.
Chan, of Hacienda Heights, had an undergraduate degree in accounting and a law degree and previously worked as an auditor for the California State University system.
The nearly 40,000-student commuter school in the middle of its host city in Orange County has the largest enrollment in the 23-campus California State University system.
It is well known in the sports world for producing nationally ranked baseball teams and major leaguers including Justin Turner of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Khris Davis of the Oakland Athletics.
