ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ మైన్పురిలో ఎస్పీ- బీఎస్పీ కూటమి ఏర్పాటు చేసిన భారీ ర్యాలీలో ములాయం- మాయావతి పాల్గొన్నారు. పరస్పరం ప్రశంసించుకుంటూ మోదీపై తీవ్ర విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు. ములాయం, మాయ ఒకే వేదిక పంచుకోవడం దాదాపు 26 ఏళ్ల తర్వాత ఇదే తొలిసారి.

ఎన్నో ఏళ్లు ప్రత్యర్థులుగా కత్తులు దూసుకున్న అగ్రనేతలు... ఇప్పుడు ఒకే వేదికపై తమ ఐక్యమత్యాన్ని దేశానికి చాటిచెప్పారు. సమాజ్వాదీ పార్టీ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్, బహుజన్ సమాజ్ పార్టీ అధినేత్రి మాయావతి దాదాపు 26 ఏళ్ల అనంతరం ఒకే వేదిక పంచుకున్నారు. ఇందుకు ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్లోని మైన్పురి ర్యాలీ వేదికైంది.

2019 సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల్లో మోదీ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని గద్దె దింపడమే లక్ష్యంగా ఎస్పీ- బీఎస్పీ కూటమి ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఎస్పీ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు పోటీ చేస్తున్న లోక్సభ స్థానంలో గురువారం భారీ ర్యాలీ ఏర్పాటు చేసి ములాయం- మాయావతి తమ బలాన్ని ప్రదర్శించారు.

బీఎస్పీ అధినేత్రిని ఎల్లప్పుడూ గౌరవించాలని ఎస్పీ కార్యకర్తలకు సూచించారు ములాయం.

ఎస్పీ వ్యవస్థాపకుడిపై ప్రశంసల వర్షం కురిపించారు మాయావతి. ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్వాసుల నిజమైన నాయకుడు ములాయమేనని కీర్తిస్తూ... ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీపై విమర్శలు చేశారు.

"సమాజ్వాదీ పార్టీ కోసం ములాయం ఎన్నో సేవలు చేశారు. ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్లోని అన్ని వర్గాల ప్రజల అభివృద్ధికి పాటుపడ్డారు. వెనకబడిన వర్గాల కోసం ఎనలేని సేవలందిచారు. ఇప్పటికీ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు ములాయంనే తమ అసలైన నాయకుడని నమ్ముతారు. ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్ అసలైన బీసీ నాయకుడు. ప్రధాని మోదీలా నకిలీ బీసీ నాయకుడు కాదు. "

All of which of course Bill Barr conveniently ignored in his press conference today. All of that is damning conduct by the president of the United States. And I think we need some time to let this sink in and understand the full repercussions for the country of having a president who lies to the country, who misleads the country, who urges others to do so. And frequently on a daily basis but most significantly when it concerns an investigation into Russian interference in our election."

US House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff sayid US Attorney General William Barr did a "grave disservice" to the country by misrepresenting significant parts of special counsel Robert Mueller's report.
Speaking outside his congressional office on Thursday in Burbank, California, Schiff said the attorney general had attempted to put a "positive spin for the president" on the report's findings.
The Democrat and frequent critic of the president said the report outlined "multiple attempts by the president to mislead the country, to interfere with the investigation, to make false statements to the American people and to urge others to lie to the American people".
Whether criminal or not, Schiff called Trump's actions "deeply alarming".
