దాయాది పాక్ కుట్రపూరిత నైజం మరోసారి బయటపడింది. కశ్మీర్లో మానవ హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘనలకు పాల్పడుతోందన్న పాక్ ఆరోపణలను పటాపంచలు చేస్తూ... ఆశ్రయం కోసం భారత్కు చేరుకున్నారు ఆ దేశ మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే. అదే సమయంలో ఆక్రమిత కశ్మీర్లోని ప్రజలు భారత్ వైపు మొగ్గు చూపుతూ పాక్కు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఆందోళనలు చేస్తున్నారని వెల్లడించారు ఆ ప్రాంత జర్నలిస్టు ఆరిఫ్ అజారికా.

భారత్ ఆశ్రయంలో పాక్ ఎమ్మెల్యే- స్వదేశం వైపే పీఓకే ప్రజల మొగ్గు! జమ్ముకశ్మీర్‌లో భారత్ మానవ హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘనకు పాల్పడుతోందని పాకిస్థాన్ ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్న వేళ... ఆ దేశంలోని అరాచకాలు సంచలన రీతిలో బయటకువచ్చాయి. పాక్‌లో మైనారిటీ వర్గాలపై దాడులు పెరిగిపోతున్నాయని ఆరోపిస్తూ ఆ దేశ ప్రధాని ఇమ్రాన్‌ నేతృత్వంలోని తెహ్రీక్‌- ఏ-ఇన్సాఫ్‌ పార్టీ మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే... భారత్‌లో ఆశ్రయం కోరారు.
నిత్యం తమ కుటుంబాన్ని దుండగులు వేధిస్తున్నారని... కుటుంబ భద్రత పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకొని భారత్కు వచ్చినట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఈ వ్యవహారంతో పాక్‌లో ఏ తరహా శక్తులు రాజ్యమేలుతున్నాయో మరోసారి అంతర్జాతీయ సమాజం ముందు బట్టబయలైంది.

పాక్ ఆక్రమిత కశ్మీర్లో కొద్ది రోజులుగా పాకిస్థాన్కు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఆందోళనలు జరుగుతున్నాయని వెల్లడించారు ఆ ప్రాంత జర్నలిస్టు, లండన్లో నివాసముంటున్న మానవ హక్కుల కార్యకర్త ఆరిఫ్ అజారికా. జేకేఎల్ఎఫ్ సహా పలు సంస్థలు చేస్తున్న ర్యాలీలను పాక్ సైన్యం అణచివేస్తోందని... మీడియాపై ఆంక్షలు విధించిందని పేర్కొన్నారు. తమ కోసం ఏమైనా చేసేందుకు పాక్ సైన్యం సిద్ధంగా ఉందని భావిస్తున్న ఆక్రమిత కశ్మీర్ ప్రజలపై దాడులకు దిగుతోందని తెలిపారు. భారత్కు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్న కశ్మీరీలను మైనారిటీలుగా చేసేందుకు పాక్ పంజాబ్కు చెందినవారిని పీఓకేలో నివాసం ఉండేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రోత్సహిస్తోందన్నారు.

"Everyone I've flown with has loved it and said they want to do it more, and it's a good piece of technology so they are able to leave a review behind, and I'm able to leave a review for them, so it's sort of mutually agreed. All the reviews have been very, very favourable. I've not yet had any repeat people come along but I would expect to as time goes on.

"Not something you'd normally do on a Tuesday, it was a fantastic opportunity for my girlfriend Mehram and I to have a day out, do something a little bit different, certainly travel here on a completely different mode of transport. "It was a lot smoother than I thought, luckily we've got good weather today, so it was quite nice that way. It was bumpy at parts, when we saw the other plane I thought 'that's really small and we're flying in that!'. LEADIN:
While private aviation was once the reserve of the super wealthy, more opportunities to cut costs by flight sharing are now emerging.
'Wingly' is an online platform which enables private pilots to reduce the costs of their flights by splitting them with passengers, who in turn get to experience a day trip on a light aircraft.
STORYLINE:
Paul Denbigh started learning to fly small Piper Arrow aircraft like this one in 2009 and got his Private Pilot Licence (PPL) a year later in 2010.
He's since achieved around 450 hours of flying and it's become a fun hobby which he enjoys sharing with his wife and two children.
But today his passengers are complete strangers who have signed up to 'Wingly' - an online platform which connects local private pilots with people, who then split the costs of the flight in order to experience a light aircraft flight and a daytrip. It claims to be the biggest flight sharing community available and is often described as a 'car pool for the skies'.
"I obviously love flying, but it is an expensive hobby," explains Denbigh.
"What Wingly allows me to do is to share the experience with people that love… you know outgoing people. So what happens is it cuts the cost pretty much into a quarter for me and I get to fly more, that's what I love about it."
Today's flight will take off from Blackbushe Airport in Camberley in the UK. It will land at Bembridge in the Isle of White around midday and the pilot and passengers will get to spend an afternoon there before returning around 5pm.
Denbigh had to hire the plane for today's trip and the cost per passenger comes to 63 British pounds each. The cost is worked out based on an hourly hire cost (which includes fuel), landing fees at the destination airfield plus a cut for Wingly.
Denbigh will not make any money from today's flight and will pay an equal share of the cost:
"For me it's not a commercial venture, I'm not a commercial pilot so I'm not allowed to make money from this. The idea is that it uses technology to bring the experience of light aircraft flight to the masses really."
Today's Wingly passengers are a young couple: Tom Martin and Mehram Sumray-Roots. After an introduction and safety briefing with Denbigh they put on headphones (which drown out the noisy engine and allow them to listen in to air traffic control) and belt up for a short 25 minute flight to the Isle of Wight.
Shortly after landing at Bembridge Airport Martin says:
"It certainly beats the car and a ferry. And it's quick, only took half an hour if that."
The pair stop for lunch and get to spend a few hours on the beach before flying back to the mainland. Speaking of her experience Sumray-Roots says:
"It was a lot smoother than I thought, luckily we've got good weather today, so it was quite nice that way. Paris based Wingly has 15,000 private pilots on its website offering flights flights to and from thousands of European cities.
Once signed up the pilot contacts the passengers directly to confirm details - and will also directly reschedule alternative dates if the weather isn't good enough to fly.
Wingly's website states that all its pilots are required to provide copies of their current licence and medical certificate as well as show their flight hours, indicating their total flying experience.
To get a Private Pilot Licence there is a minimum requirement of 45 hours of flying, some of which must be solo. To stay current there is also an obligation to conduct at least three take offs and three landings within 90 days of carrying passengers. Wingly's website also has an online rating system between passengers and pilots, similar to Uber.
Captain Tilmann Gabriel, Director of MSc Aviation Management Programmes at City University of London, says it was pilots' need to boost their flight hours, particularly if they wished to go on to become commercial pilots (who need at least 250 flight hours), which first saw flight sharing products arrive on the scene:

However he says there are many variables which can make such products difficult to operate and maintain as well as survive commercially.
As well as consumer trust in the pilot and the safety of the aircraft, Gabriel says simple things such as having sufficient passengers or even suitable weather conditions on the date the pilot wants to fly can complicate things:
"These platforms are always vulnerable for when and where and how to sell it and that you have the pilot and the aircraft in the place at that time when you have a successful sale."
Wingly first started in France in 2015 and moved into the UK two years ago.
The Wingly website says its long term goal is to "build a trusted, international community uniting pilots and passengers that continues to grow".
