రెండేళ్లలో వివిధ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల్లో 3లక్షల 81వేల ఉద్యోగాలు ఇచ్చామని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. 2017 మార్చి 1 నుంచి 2019 మార్చి1 మధ్యకాలంలో జరిగిన కొత్త నియామకాలను 2019 బడ్జెట్ ప్రతుల్లో వెల్లడించింది కేంద్రం. అత్యధికంగా రైల్వేశాఖలో 98,999 ఉద్యోగాలను సృష్టించింది ప్రభుత్వం.

'రెండేళ్లలో 3లక్షల 81వేల కొత్త ఉద్యోగాలిచ్చాం'

సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల్లో ఎన్డీఏ ప్రభుత్వంపై అన్ని విపక్ష పార్టీలు ఎక్కు పెట్టిన ప్రధాన విమర్శనాస్త్రం 'నిరుద్యోగం.' ఇదే అంశంపై ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీని లక్ష్యం చేసుకుని కాంగ్రెస్ మాజీ అధ్యక్షుడు రాహుల్ గాంధీ ఎన్నో ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. అయితే గత రెండేళ్లలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంలో 3లక్షల 81వేల కొత్త ఉద్యోగాలు సృష్టించామని ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. 2019 బడ్జెట్ ప్రతుల్లో ఈ అంశానికి సంబంధించిన లెక్కలున్నాయి.

రైల్వేశాఖ టాప్...

2017 మార్చి 1 వరకు వివిధ శాఖల్లో ఉద్యోగాల సంఖ్య 32 లక్షల 38వేల 397. ఆ సంఖ్య 2019 మార్చి 1 నాటికి 36 లక్షల 19వేల 596కు చేరుకుంది. అంటే 3లక్షల 81వేల 199 కొత్త ఉద్యోగాలను సృష్టించింది కేంద్రం.

రైల్వేశాఖలో అత్యధిక నియామకాలు జరిగాయి. 2017-2019 మధ్య కాలంలో 98 వేల 999 కొత్త పోస్టులకు నియామకాలు జరిగాయి. అదే సమయంలో రక్షణశాఖలో ఉద్యోగాలు 42వేల 370 నుంచి 88వేల 717కు చేరాయి. నీటి వనరులు, నదుల అభివృద్ధి- గంగా ప్రక్షాళన కలిపి 3వేల 981 ఉద్యోగాలు పెరిగాయి.

First of all there are 13,000 people who work for the Foreign Office – extremely bright, able, dedicated people – and we pay them as taxpayers to give us their frank assessment of the situation in the countries where they are serving which is what our ambassador in Washington was doing. But it's a personal view and there'll be many people in this building who don't agree with that view and indeed I don't agree with some of the views that we saw in those letters. I've said I think that the US administration is highly effective and we have the warmest of relationships and a partnership based on standing up for shared values."

"Well I'm very concerned about it because, fundamental to the proper functioning of our diplomatic network which I happen to believe is one of the finest if not the finest in the world, is to be able to exchange opinions frankly. And so we need to find out how it happened not least to give confidence to our teams all over the world that they can continue to give us their frank assessment. So that's why we're going to have a leak inquiry. I hope we get to the bottom of it. And of course there'll be very serious consequences if and when we find out who's responsible."

"It is not acceptable to do this because it fundamentally undermines the brilliant work done by the Foreign Office all over the world and we need to be confident that people can express frank opinions. We need to be able to have a debate inside these buildings, we need to be able to disagree. And you know of course I've made it clear that I don't share the ambassador's assessment of either the US administration or relations with the US administration. But I do defend his right to make that frank assessment and it's very important that our diplomats all over the world continue to be able to do so."

I don't think it'll be a surprise to anyone in the US that we have these kind of frank exchanges and there are different views inside the Foreign Office. STORYLINE:
UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt on Monday said he did not agree with the views on the US administration expressed by ambassador Kim Darroch in leaked messages.
Speaking in London, Hunt said the envoy's observations were his "personal view", adding: "I don't agree with some of the views that we saw in those letters".
He went on to insist that Britain had the "warmest" of relationships with the US, and stressed that he thought that the US administration was "highly effective".
The government is hunting for the source of the leak of the diplomatic cables in which the ambassador to the US branded President Donald Trump's administration "dysfunctional" and "inept".
Not only are British officials embarrassed by the publication of Darroch's unflattering assessment - but they're alarmed that sensitive confidential information has been leaked, possibly for political ends.
