దివంగత కరుణానిధి కుమారుడు, డీఎంకే బహిష్కృత నేత అళగిరి ఇంట్లో ఎన్​ఫోర్స్​మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ సోదాలు నిర్వహించింది. అళగిరి కుమారుడి పేరిట ఉన్న రూ. 40 కోట్ల విలువైన ఆస్తులను జప్తు చేసింది. మనీ లాండరింగ్ నిరోధక చట్టం(పీఎంఎల్​ఏ) కింద మధురై, చెన్నైల్లో ఒలింపస్ గ్రానైట్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ పేరిట ఫిక్సిడ్ డిపాజిట్ చేసిన సొమ్ము పత్రాల్ని స్వాధీనం చేసుకుంది.

టీఏఎమ్​ఐఎన్​కు చెందిన స్థలాల్లో అక్రమ మైనింగ్ చేసేందుకు ఎస్​ నాగర్జున్, అళగిరి దయానిధి నేరపూరిత కుట్రకు పాల్పడ్డారని ఈడీ ఆరోపించింది. వీరి చర్య ప్రభుత్వానికి నష్టం చేకూర్చే విధంగా ఉందని పేర్కొంది.

ఒలింపస్ గ్రానైట్స్ నేరపూరిత చర్యలకు పాల్పడిందని ఛార్జీషీటు దాఖలు చేసింది. ఈ ఛార్జీషీటులో పేలుడు పదార్థాలు కలగి ఉండటాన్నీ ఉటంకించింది. ఈ సంపాదనంతా అక్రమంగానే సంపాదించారని పేర్కొంది. 25 స్థిర, చరాస్తుల్ని జప్తు చేసినట్లు వెల్లడించింది.
