దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అందరి దృష్టిని ఆకర్షిస్తున్న దిల్లీ శాసనసభ ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు నేడు వెలువడనున్నాయి. ఎగ్జిట్‌ పోల్స్ సర్వేలన్నీ.. అమ్‌ఆద్మీ పార్టీ మరోమారు అధికారాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకుంటుందని అంచనా వేశాయి. మొత్తం 70 నియోజకవర్గాలకు ఈ నెల 8న ఓటింగ్ జరిగింది.

దిల్లీ దంగల్ : హస్తిన పీఠం ఎవరిదో తేలేది నేడే! దేశ రాజధాని దిల్లీ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు మరికొన్ని గంటల్లో వెలువడనున్నాయి. మొత్తం 70 నియోజకవర్గాలకు ఈనెల 8న ఒకే విడతలో పోలింగ్ జరగ్గా.. ఓట్ల లెక్కింపు కోసం ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. మంగళవారం ఉదయం 8 గంటలకు ఓట్ల లెక్కింపు ప్రారంభం కానుంది. మధ్యాహ్నం కల్లా పూర్తి ఫలితాలు వెల్లడయ్యే అవకాశాలున్నాయి.
త్రిముఖ పోరులో విజేత ఎవరో?
దేశరాజధాని దిల్లీ శాసనసభ ఎన్నికలు అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీలకు ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా మారాయి. ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో అధికార ఆమ్‌ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ సహా భాజపా, కాంగ్రెస్ మధ్య త్రిముఖ పోరు నెలకొంది. ఏ పార్టీతో పొత్తు లేకుండా ఒంటరిగా ఎన్నికల బరిలోకి దిగిన ఆప్.. గత ఐదేళ్లుగా అన్ని వర్గాలకు అమలు చేస్తున్న సంక్షేమ పథకాలే తమను తిరిగి గెలిపిస్తాయని గట్టి విశ్వాసంతో ఉంది.
కేజ్రీదే విజయం.. కాకపోతే..!
దిల్లీలో కేజ్రీవాల్ ఆమ్‌ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ అధికారాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకుంటుందని ఎగ్జిట్‌ పోల్స్ అంచనా వేశాయి. వివిధ జాతీయ టెలివిజన్‌ ఛానెళ్లు, సంస్థలు నిర్వహించిన సర్వేల్లో ఆమ్‌ ఆద్మీ పార్టీదే విజయమని తేలింది. అయితే 2015 ఎన్నికల్లో మొత్తం 70 స్థానాలకు 67 చోట్ల గెలిచిన ఆప్.. ఈసారి కొన్ని స్థానాలను కోల్పోనుందని సర్వేలు వెల్లడించాయి. భారతీయ జనతాపార్టీ తన బలాన్ని కాస్త పెంచుకుంటుందన్న సర్వేలు... కాంగ్రెస్ పరిస్థితి పెద్దగా మారే సూచనలు లేవని విశ్లేషించాయి.
విజయంపై భాజపా ధీమా
తొమ్మిది నెలల క్రితం జరిగిన లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికల్లో మొత్తం 7 దిల్లీ లోక్‌సభ స్థానాలను కైవసం చేసుకున్న భాజపా.. ఈ సారి కూడా ప్రజలు తమను ఆదరిస్తారనే నమ్మకంతో ఉంది. జేడీయూ, లోక్‌జన శక్తి పార్టీతో కలిసి పోటీ చేసిన కమలం పార్టీ.. 67 స్థానాల్లో తమ అభ్యర్ధులను బరిలోకి దింపింది. సీఎం అరవింద్‌ కేజ్రీవాల్ వైఫల్యాలు, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, ప్రధాని మోదీ చరిష్మా, సీఏఏ అమలు, జమ్ముకశ్మీర్‌లో ఆర్టికల్‌ 370 రద్దు నిర్ణయాలు తమను గెలిపిస్తాయని భాజపా భావిస్తోంది. పౌరసత్వ చట్ట సవరణకు వ్యతిరేకంగా దిల్లీలోని షాహీన్‌బాగ్‌లో జరుగుతున్న ఆందోళనలను గట్టిగా ప్రచారం చేసిన భాజపా.. ఈ అంశం కూడా తమకు మేలు చేస్తుందని భరోసాతో ఉంది. తమ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అభ్యర్థిని ప్రకటించకుండా భాజపా వ్యూహాత్మకంగా ఎన్నికల బరిలోకి దిగింది.
కాంగ్రెస్ కథ మారేనా?
దిల్లీని వరుసగా మూడుసార్లు పాలించి 2013లో అధికారం కోల్పోయిన కాంగ్రెస్.. పూర్వ వైభవం కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తోంది. కేంద్రంలోని భాజపాతో పాటు స్థానిక ఆప్ ప్రభుత్వంపై ప్రజల్లో ఉన్న వ్యతిరేకత తమకు కలిసి వస్తుందనే నమ్మకంతో ఉంది. ఆర్జేడీతో కలిసి పోటీ చేసిన కాంగ్రెస్ 66 స్థానాల్లో తమ అభ్యర్థులను బరిలోకి దింపింది.
ఓటింగ్ శాతంపై 'రగడ'
ఈనెల 8న జరిగిన పోలింగ్‌పై వివాదం చెలరేగింది. పోలింగ్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత సుమారు 61 శాతం ఓటింగ్ నమోదైనట్లు ప్రకటించిన ఎన్నికల సంఘం.. మదింపు కొనసాగుతున్నట్లు తెలిపింది. ఈనెల 9వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం వరకూ.. తుది పోలింగ్ శాతంపై స్పష్టత ఇవ్వలేదు. ఈ వ్యవహారంపై ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసిన ఆమ్‌ఆద్మీ.. ఈవీఎంల విషయంలో పలు అనుమానాలు వెలిబుచ్చింది. కొన్నిచోట్ల ఈవీఎంలు ట్యాంపరింగ్‌కు గురయ్యాయని ఆ పార్టీ ఎంపీ సంజయ్‌ సింగ్‌ ఆరోపించారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేజ్రీవాల్ కూడా పోలింగ్ శాతం ప్రకటించడంలో జాప్యంపై ఆశ్చర్యం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. చివరకు పోలింగ్ పూర్తయిన 24 గంటల తర్వాత మీడియా ముందుకొచ్చిన ఎన్నికల అధికారులు.. దిల్లీలో 62.59 శాతం పోలింగ్ నమోదైనట్లు ప్రకటించారు. ఓట్ల శాతానికి సంబంధించిన వివరాలను లెక్కించడంలో అధికారులు నిమగ్నమైన కారణంగా.. తుది పోలింగ్ శాతం వెల్లడిలో జాప్యమైనట్లు ఈసీ పేర్కొంది.
