"We are currently implementing a relatively large project in Russia, called the International Cooperation and Export, which facilitates visa processing for tourists from different countries, and this autumn, we must deal with this complex task. When talking about tourism exchanges with the EU, we were on the right track at a certain time, but later this process was delayed for certain reasons, and nothing constructive was achieved. If we are talking about a visa-free regime for tourists without visa or including electronic visas to enter and leave the country, we still cannot do it. However, Russia is open to all the latest and most modern visa solutions. "

That is why I have always insisted on going back to the negotiating table, to end these ever-growing conflicts. With my colleague Medvedev, we talked thoroughly about the threats that exist in the region and in the world. "
