తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లా ఉప్పాడలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన అన్న క్యాంటీన్ స్థలం తమదంటూ కొంతమంది ఆందోళన చేశారు. ఒక వ్యక్తి వాటర్ ట్యాంక్ ఎక్కి చనిపోతానంటూ బెదిరించాడు.

తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లా ఉప్పాడలో అన్న క్యాంటీన్‌ శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమంలో ఉద్రిక్తత నెలకొంది. స్థలం తమదంటూ ఉప్పాడకు చెందిన ఐదుగురు వ్యక్తుల ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకుంటానంటూ ఒక వ్యక్తి వాటర్‌ ట్యాంక్‌ ఎక్కాడు. పోలీసు బందోబస్తు మధ్య ఎమ్మెల్యే వర్మ శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమాన్ని పూర్తి చేశారు.

NETHERLANDS ICJ INDIA PAKISTAN _The International Court of Justice (ICJ), holds public hearings in the Jadhav case (India v. Pakistan). Indian naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested by Pakistan in March 2016 after allegedly entering Pakistan from Iran. A Pakistani military tribunal found Jadhav guilty of espionage and sabotage and sentenced him to death, but India obtained an order from the International Court of Justice to halt the execution.
