అనంతపురంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో స్వల్ప అపశృతి చోటుచేసుకుంది. సప్తగిరి కూడలిలో ఉన్న మసీదు బాల్కనీ గోడ హఠాత్తుగా కూలింది. ఘటనలో పలువురికి గాయాలయ్యాయి.
