The 25-year-old carded a final round of level-par 72 on Sunday to finish on eight-under 281 in the $1.5 million tournament, co-sanctioned by the LPGA tour for the first time.
Australians Sarah Kemp (65) and Su Oh (74) and England's Charlotte Thomas (69) tied for for second on 283.
Overnight leader American Kim Kaufman took a four-shot lead at getting a birdie in the first hole but failed to sustain her fiery start as she finished on six-over 78 to finish four under in eighth position.
