త్వరలో వికారాబాద్ జిల్లాకు అగ్రనేతల తాకిడి పెరగనుంది. ప్రచారానికి, బహిరంగ సభలకు వివిధ పార్టీల అగ్రనేతలు ఈ ప్రాంతాన్ని ఎంచుకున్నారు. ఈ నెల 8వ తేదిన కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్థుల తరఫున ప్రచారం చేసేందుకు యూపీఏ ఛైర్పర్సన్ సోనియా గాంధీ వికారాబాద్ వస్తున్నారు. మన్నెగూడలో నిర్వహించనున్న బహిరంగ సభకు హాజరవుతారు. అదే రోజున ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ వికారాబాద్ పట్టణానికి సమీపంలోని కొత్రేపల్లి వద్ద బహిరంగ సభలో పాల్గొననున్నారు. భాజపా అభ్యర్థుల తరఫున ప్రచారం నిర్వహించేందుకు ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి యోగి ఆదిత్యనాథ్ ఈ నెల 5 న వికారాబాద్కు రానున్నారు.

RACHAKONDA POLICE CRACKED INTERNATIONAL KIDNEY RACKET
The sleuths of Cyber Crimes, Rachakonda cracked an international kidney racket arrested “Amrish Prathap” who is the Kingpin of this Heinous organized crime along with his two accomplices namely ‘Sandeep kumar @ sandy@ Rohan Malik S/o Harpal Singh’ ’Mrs.Rinkey @ Rithika Jaiswal w/o Surjeeth Kumar, Age 37 yrs’. and after producing them in Delhi court brought them to Hyderabad on a transit remand.
BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:
On 05.02.2019 Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda received a complaint from a victim in which he stated that, “In the month of July 2018 he has seen a post on Facebook under the caption “Kidney needed in India” posted with a profile name ‘Rohan Malik’ taking advantage of social media, On seeing the post, he contacted Rohan Malik through his Whatsapp number #9650121463 who induced the victim that they will pay him huge sum of money if he sells his kidney, by providing him expenses for transportation, accommodation, documentation and medical examinations. So As to meet his in financial crisis victim accepted the offer of Rohan Malik who promised to pay him Rs. 20,00,000/-. Considering the luring offer on 20th July 2018 victim went to Delhi, where he was received by Malik, who accommodated him in RADISSON Hotel at Sector-66, Noida, stayed there for 7 days attended all the required medical examinations. After which Malik took off his Original passport and sent him back to his home. After reaching Hyderabad he was informed to attend for the slot booking at RPO Begumpet to get PCC (Police Clearance certificate) so as to proceed to Abroad. On the same day 27th July 2018, he booked a train ticket for Rajadhani express to proceed to Delhi for cross match test with the patient. The complainant went to Delhi and attended the cross-match test and later sent him back home. On 31st July 2018 again, he went to Delhi by train and stayed at the Same Redisston Hotel till preparation of the documents. On 11th August 2018 Mr. Malik informed the Victim about his travel to Turkey for surgery and removal of the complainants kidney. On 13th August 2018 they took him to Hotel Lemon Tree where the complainant was made to meet one Dr. Rithika Singh, of Delhi who introduced him to the patient ‘Gagan Agarwal’ and his family members.
Before travelling to Turkey Mr. Malik and Dr. Rithika Singh prepared forged documents and purported them to be genuine and legal so as to conduct surgery at Kent Hospital Izmir Turkey.
On 14th August 2018 they sent him (victim) along with patient Gagan Agarwal along with his family to Izmir, Turkey who was accompanied with one English translator. After reaching Izmir one Mr. Ambrish and Ms.Dina (Turkey national) received them and conducted some formal medical tests at Kent Hospital, Izmir. On 27th August 2018 Kidney transplantation surgery was conducted at Kent Hospital. After the surgery Ambrish refused to pay him the promised money to the victim, which led to a clash there, on which they threatened him saying if he discloses the episode to anybody, they will kill him, the victim having no other option on the foreign soil he pleaded them and collected his passport returned to India”
After listening to this painful story, Sri.Mahesh M Bhagvat, IPS, Commissioner of Police Rachakonda endorsed the petition to Sri.Harinath Asst Commissioner of Police, Cyber Crimes, Rachakonda for necessary action.
Based on the complaint a case in Cr.No.25/2019 U/s 120 (B), 417, 420, 468,471, 370, 506 IPC, Sec 18,19,20,21 of Transplantation of Human Organs Act 1994 and Sec 66(C&D) of IT Act has been registered formed a special team to nab the accused.
