Earlier there are (2) cases registered against this company at Warangal and Adilabad which are under investigation. It is reliably learnt that the cases have also been registered against this company all over the country.
eBiz.com Pvt. Ltd is a Money Circulation company (MLM Company) established in 2001 based at Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The company head office is located at Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It was registered with ROC in New Delhi. Its Managing Director is Pavan Malhan. His wife Anitha Malhan is director and his son Hitik Malhan looks after the company affairs. The Company has got around 7 lakhs representatives as its members and the amount of cheating to the tune of more than Rs.1000 crores.
eBiz.com Pvt. Ltd promoters give motivational lectures to the public especially targeting students and unemployed youth stating that there is a business opportunity project which will yield huge profits to them. Once the customer joins i.e., absolutely by paying through DD to the company account through his/her upliner/ Introducer person, an User name and Password will be generated. Their main focus is to enroll students.
MO - Business Model
At first the promoters say to the new comers that there are various business opportunities to earn easy and quick money along with e-learning projects. The promoters trap the new comers(students) with sweet words stating that they will be a part of the eBiz Kingdom where they can build their own future. They say that if the new comers who paid money don’t like eBiz business packages, they can claim their refund within a month. But in fact the promoters will drag the one month period by giving motivational classes, training sessions and also providing books such as The Business School, the One who can win, the Business of 21st Century and Rich Dad and Poor Dad to the new comers and tell them to read all the books to gain knowledge over the business. Once the new comer joins into the eBiz Business by paying money through a referrer/ promoter he becomes Representative. After paying the money the new comer gets some products/e-learning courses/holiday package and the promoter gets commission. The promoter then says to the Representatives that to get money he/she has to enroll three other members in the ratio of 2:1 or 1:2 in left and right legs and they in turn join three each new comers. As the number of persons increases down the line the upliners get more money as commissions.
The eBiz business model is a simple pyramid scheme in which the early entrants earn money and as the number of representatives increases, finding more representatives (New Comers) to join becomes difficult or impossible. A representative that joins late does not earn enough to cover their first outlay and the model collapses. It works as a binary scheme in the ratio of 2:1 or 1:2 in left and right legs. Down the line the number of persons to be joined becomes difficult or impossible. The scheme collapses at one point of time.
In pyramid schemes, the primary seller at first does not get any commission but as the pyramid beneath him grows, he gets massive commissions far in excess of primary seller/recruiter. This motivates persons to recruit rather than to sell directly to earn huge money.
The details of the scheme are that:
Initially a member should join the scheme by paying Rs.16,821/- so that he would get 10,000 PVs. Subsequently, he should join 3 more members down his line in left and right legs in the ratio of 1:2 or 2:1, so that he would get 30,000 BV points and commission of 9% i.e Rs.2700/-. Like this, If he joins 50 members in the ratio of 1;2 or 2;1, he would get 25,000/- @ 4% commission. Likewise his down liners should also join the members in order to get the commission or business. Thus the enrolment and chain should continue to earn more commissions/profits.
If a member completes a business value of 5,00,000 by way of enrolling members (down-liners) Then it is called one orbit
