బాలీవుడ్ స్టార్ హీరో షాహిద్ క‌పూర్ అరుదైన ఘ‌న‌త‌ పొందాడు. ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మక 'మేడమ్‌ టుస్సాడ్స్​'లో త‌న మైనపు విగ్రహాన్ని తానే ఆవిష్క‌రించుకున్నాడు. వేడుకలో షాహిద్‌, ఆయ‌న భార్య మీరా రాజ్‌పుత్‌, పిల్ల‌లు మిషా, జైన్ క‌పూర్ హాజ‌ర‌య్యారు.

బాలీవుడ్‌ ‘అర్జున్‌ రెడ్డి’ షాహిద్‌ కపూర్‌ మైనపు విగ్రహాన్ని గురువారం సింగపూర్​లోని మేడమ్​ టుస్సాడ్స్​లో ఆవిష్కరించారు. షాహిద్​ తన ఇన్‌స్టాగ్రామ్‌లో మైనపు బొమ్మతో దిగిన ఫొటోని షేర్ చేస్తూ.. క‌వ‌ల‌లు అనే కామెంట్ పెట్టాడు. అతడి భార్య మీరా రాజ్​పుత్​ మైనపు విగ్రహం, భర్తతో కలిసి దిగిన ఫొటోను అభిమానులతో పంచుకుంటూ... " నా వాడిని నేను ఇంటికి తీసుకెళ్తున్నా. కానీ మీ కోసం ఇంకొకరిని ఇక్కడే వదిలేస్తున్నా మేడమ్‌ " అని క్యాప్షన్​ జత చేశారు.

"We have a crisis of the European Union. This is a matter of fact. Everywhere in Europe, when you look at the past five to six years, in our country but in a lot of countries, all the extremes, extreme-rights, are increasing. And, I do respect all the ideas but what they do want is a fragmentation of the EU. I want to reform the EU, I want to accelerate the integration on some issues, on currency, on digital, on climate action, we need more Europe. I want the EU the be more protective for our borders vis a vis migration, vis a vis terrorism and so on, but I think if you fragment Europe, there is no chance you have a stronger Europe. (in French:) Unity makes strength."

"So I do believe that the geopolitical and the business and the innovation fight today for us is: do we want a G2 for decades, between the US and China? Or do we want Europe to be the Third Way? ie: do we want Europe to be an actual, not just a market, but an actual project? Do we want Europe through the European Union to be a place where we provide growth, innovation, where we address artificial intelligence challenge, where we address an actual quantum strategy, where we address all these opportunities in the different markets, which means jobs, and at the same time a European Union which defends and protects its own democratic and social model? On privacy, on education, on healthcare. We don’t have the same view as the Chinese and the US. The only way to finance these views and to protect this view is to be a credible market and precisely to finance this model. This is why I'm a strong believer in Europe, because I'm a strong believer in France."

"Europe, there no place in the world where you have 28 different cultures, strong national cultures, people with their identity who not only haven’t been at war with each other for more than 70 years but set up projects together. STORYLINE:
Ahead of important European elections, French President Emmanuel Macron is pleading for a stronger Europe to stand up to US and Chinese dominance.
Macron expressed concern Thursday about the rise of extremist views, saying "if you fragment Europe, there is no chance you have a stronger Europe." He warned that could lead to a world led by a "G-2" involving just the US and China.
"Unity makes strength," he said at the 4th edition of VivaTechnology, the world's trade show dedicated to technology innovation and start-ups.
"I'm a strong believer in Europe," he added with passion.
Macron's centrist party is in a tight battle with Marine Le Pen's far right National Rally in the race for next week's European Parliament elections. His support has lagged amid tensions with other European leaders and domestic anger at his pro-business policies.
Macron hailed the EU for bringing together 28 "strong national cultures" peacefully for the past 70 years.
