హాలీవుడ్‌ నటి, బుల్లితెర స్టార్ కిమ్ కర్దాషియాన్‌పై దావా వేశాడు ఓ ఫొటోగ్రాఫర్. ఓ ప్రైవేట్ ఆల్బమ్ కోసం అతడు తీసిన ఫొటోను ఆమె సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో పోస్టు చేయడమే ఇందుకు కారణం.

ప్రముఖ హాలీవుడ్‌ నటి, బుల్లితెర స్టార్ కిమ్ కర్దాషియాన్‌కు ఫొటోగ్రాఫర్ సయీద్ బోల్డెన్ షాకిచ్చాడు. అనుమతి లేకుండా అతడు తీసిన చిత్రాన్ని సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో పంచుకున్నందుకు దావా వేశాడు. అయితే ఆ మొత్తం ఎంతన్నది తెలపకపోయినా.. ఈ ఫొటో ద్వారా తనకు జరిగిన నష్టాన్ని ఆమె చెల్లించేలా చూడాలని బ్రోక్లెన్ ఫెడరల్ కోర్టును కోరాడు.
ఏం జరిగిందంటే..?
2018 జూన్లో కిమ్ కర్దాషియాన్, తన భర్త కేన్ వెస్ట్తో కలిసి ఓ ప్రైవేట్ వేడుకకు హాజరైంది. ఇందులో భాగంగా సయీద్ బోల్డెన్ అనే ఫొటోగ్రాఫర్ వారిద్దరి చిత్రాన్ని బంధించాడు. దాన్ని ఓ ఆల్బమ్కు వాడాలని అనుకున్నాడు. అయితే అదే చిత్రాన్ని అనుమతి లేకుండా అదే ఏడాది అక్టోబర్లో సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో పోస్టు చేసింది కిమ్. ఆ ఫొటోను సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల నుంచి తొలిగించాలని కోరినా.. పట్టించుకోలేదట. ఈ కారణంగా తాజాగా కిమ్పై ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తూ.. దావా చెల్లించాలని బ్రోక్లెన్ ఫెడరల్ కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాడీ ఫొటోగ్రాఫర్.
అప్పట్లో 44 కోట్ల దావా..
తన సెక్యూరిటీ గార్డుపై భారీ దావా వేసి వార్తల్లో నిలిచింది కిమ్. ఈ నటిని కాపాడటంలో విఫలమైనందుకు అతడిపై దాదాపు రూ.44 కోట్ల దావా వేసింది. 2016లో ఓ ఫ్యాషన్‌ కార్యక్రమానికి హాజరయ్యేందుకు కిమ్ తన పిల్లలను తీసుకుని పారిస్‌కు వెళ్లింది. అక్కడి ఓ ప్రముఖ ఫైవ్‌స్టార్‌ హోటల్‌లో బస చేసింది. ఆ సమయంలో ఇద్దరు దొంగలు పోలీసుల గెటప్‌లో వచ్చి కిమ్ ఉంటున్న గదిలోకి చొరబడ్డారు. ఆమెను బాత్రూమ్‌లో పెట్టి కాళ్లు చేతులు కట్టేసి విలువైన ఆభరణాలను, వస్తువులను దోచుకెళ్లారు.
కిమ్ ఆ దోపిడీలో 6.1 మిలియన్‌ డాలర్ల విలువైన వస్తువులు కోల్పోయింది. అయితే ఓ బీమా కంపెనీ ద్వారా కిమ్ ఆ మొత్తాన్ని రికవరీ చేసుకోగలిగింది. ఆ సమయంలో కిమ్‌కు సరైన భద్రత కల్పించకపోవడం కారణంగానే దోపిడీ జరిగిందని ఆరోపిస్తూ... కిమ్ ఫ్యామిలీ సెక్యూరిటీ గార్డ్‌ డువియర్‌పై 6 మిలియన్‌ డాలర్లు(రూ.46,39,40,000) దావా వేసింది. ఈ ఘటన అప్పట్లో సంచలనంగా మారింది.

In terms of medically dealing with a virus, so there's two aspects of it: One is containment and making sure that you have the patient in the place where your staff or other patients aren't going to be exposed to this particular virus, whatever it might be. And the second thing is an assessment of the patients and how they're doing, and are your facilities adequate to manage any complications that occur as a result of this infection. Thankfully, with this particular virus, there's been limited deaths relative to the number of patients infected. So we were hopeful that we wouldn't have to, you know, deal with more severe illness in that particular patient."

"In this particular patient, we weren't sure about the degree of contagiousness. We certainly did not want it to spread, so we used the highest level of protection that we have available to treat this patient as one would Ebola. So the nursing staff wore the entire garb that would go along with with treating someone with the Ebola virus."

STORYLINE:
The Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, Washington, north of Seattle, treated the man believed to be the first person in the United States to contact the novel coronavirus.
A doctor and two nurses at the hospital spoke to the Associated Press about how they admitted and treated the patient.
The coronavirus has made hundreds of people sick in China, where it is blamed for at least 25 deaths.
China's government has locked down three cities in an unprecedented move to contain the illness.
