కశ్మీర్లో నెలకొన్న పరిస్థితులను అఫ్గానిస్థాన్లో శాంతి ప్రక్రియకు ముడిపెట్టి పాకిస్తాన్ మాట్లాడటాన్ని అఫ్గానిస్థాన్ మండిపడింది. అమెరికాలోని అఫ్గాన్ రాయబారి రోయా రహ్మానీ ఈ సందర్భంగా ట్విట్టర్లో ఓ లేఖను విడుదల చేశారు.

కశ్మీర్ అంశాన్ని అఫ్గానిస్థాన్లో శాంతి ప్రక్రియకు పాకిస్థాన్ ముడిపెట్టి మాట్లాడటంపై అఫ్గానిస్థాన్ మండిపడింది. ఈ మేరకు అమెరికాలోని అఫ్గానిస్థాన్ రాయబారి రోయా రహ్మాని ట్విట్టర్ ద్వారా లేఖను విడుదల చేశారు.

అమెరికాలోని పాకిస్థాన్ రాయబారి అసద్ మజీద్ ఖాన్ ఆఫ్గాన్పై చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలను ఖండిస్తున్నట్లు రహ్మానీ తెలిపారు. తమ దేశంపై పాక్ అర్థరహితంగా, బాధ్యతారాహిత్యంగా మాట్లాడుతోందని మండిపడ్డారు. కశ్మీర్లో నెలకొన్న పరిస్థితులు అఫ్గాన్లో తీవ్ర ప్రభావం చూపుతాయన్న మజీద్ ఖాన్ వ్యాఖ్యలను తిప్పికొట్టారు.

అఫ్గాన్ నుంచి పాక్కు ఎటువంటి ప్రమాదం లేదన్నారు. సరిహద్దుల్లో పాకిస్థాన్ వేలాది మంది సైనిక బలగాలు మొహరించడానికి సరైన కారణం కనబడటం లేదని ఆక్షేపించారు. పాక్ ఉగ్రవాదుల నుంచి తమ దేశానికి తరచూ ప్రమాదాలు ఎదురవుతూనే ఉన్నాయని రహ్మానీ ఆరోపించారు.

పాక్ ఒడిలో ఉగ్రవాదం

ఉగ్రవాదుల్ని పాకిస్థాన్ పెంచి పోషించి అఫ్గాన్వైపు ఉసిగొల్పుతోందని రహ్మానీ ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ విషయంలో పాక్ పాత్ర లేకపోతే బహిరంగంగా దీనిపై మాట్లాడాలని, ఉగ్రవాదంపై కఠిన చట్టాలను అమలు పరచాలని లేఖలో స్పష్టం చేశారు.

STORYLINE:
Very few students showed up to schools across the Indian-administered Kashmir region, despite the government saying they opened schools on Monday.
Security and other restrictions imposed on August 5 continued in many areas but some communication and travel restrictions were eased over the weekend.
Local administrator, Syed Sehrish Asgar, acknowledged that attendance across schools was "thin."
She also indicated the government planned to open more schools later this week.
The Indian government had imposed the security and communication lockdown to avoid a violent reaction to its decision on August 5 to downgrade the autonomy of the region.
A senior police official said small protests which included stone-pelting took place over the weekend but were dispersed by the police.
