Patna (Bihar), Feb 02 (ANI): Bihar Director General of Police (DGP) Gupteshwar Pandey spoke on the current law and order situation in his state and the recent Muzaffarpur encounter, on Saturday. The Bihar DGP said, "In a population of 12 crore, 3 incidents took place. I can assure you that culprits won't be able to escape; we'll locate and punish them. We will not let crime flourish. No one should doubt that police will retaliate when needed."
