వెనిజువెలా నగరాల్లో మరోమారు చీకట్లు
లాటిన్ అమెరికా దేశం వెనిజువెలాను మరోసారి అంధకారం చుట్టుముట్టింది. విద్యుత్ వ్యవస్థ మరోమారు కుప్పకూలింది. శుక్రవారం రాజధాని కారకస్ సహా పలు పట్టణాలు విద్యుత్ లేక చీకట్లోనే గడపాల్సొచ్చింది.

అంధకారంలో వెనిజువెలా నగరాలు
మరోమారు అంధకారంలో వెనిజువెలా నగరాలు రాజకీయ సంక్షోభంతో కొట్టుమిట్టాడుతున్న లాటిన్ అమెరికా దేశం వెనిజువెలా ఇప్పుడు తీవ్ర విద్యుత్ సమస్యతో సతమతమవుతోంది. రాజధాని కారకస్ సహా పలు నగరాలు విద్యుత్ అంతరాయం వల్ల అంధకారంలో చిక్కుకున్నాయి. మార్చి 7న మొదటిసారి తీవ్ర విద్యుత్ అంతరాయం ఏర్పడగా, తాజాగా శుక్రవారం మూడోసారి ఈ సమస్య ప్రజల్ని ఇబ్బందుల్లోకి నెట్టింది.
"విద్యుత్ అంతరాయానికి మేము నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నాం. ఇది రాజ్యాంగం మాకు కల్పించిన హక్కు. రాజ్యాంగాన్ని అనుసరించి మేము శాంతియుతంగానే మా నిరసన తెలుపుతాం."

శుక్రవారం రాత్రి 7 గంటల 10 నిమిషాలకు విద్యుత్ అంతరాయం మొదలైంది. కారకస్తో పాటు మరాకైబో, వాలెన్సియా, మారాకీ, శాన్ క్రిస్టోబల్ నగరాలకు విద్యుత్ సరఫరా నిలిచిపోయింది.
రాజకీయ సంక్షోభం...
వెనిజువెలాలో ప్రస్తుతం రాజకీయ సంక్షోభం నెలకొంది. అధ్యక్షుడు మదురోను కాదని ప్రతిపక్షనేత గైడో తనకు తానుగా వెనిజువెలా అధ్యక్షునిగా ప్రకటించుకున్నారు. గైడో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని అమెరికా సహా సుమారు 50 దేశాలు గుర్తించాయి. మదురోకు రష్యా మద్దతిస్తోంది.
ఈ రాజకీయ సంక్షోభం వెనిజువెలాను ఆర్థికంగా తీవ్ర కష్టాల్లోకి నెట్టనుంది. ప్రజల జీవన ప్రమాణాలు క్షీణిస్తున్నాయి. వీరికి సహాయం చేయడానికి రెడ్క్రాస్ సంస్థ ముందుకు వచ్చింది. ఏప్రిల్ నెలలో వెనిజువెలా ప్రజలకు పోషకాహారం, మందులు సరఫరా చేయనున్నట్లు తెలిపింది.

శుక్రవారం రాత్రి 7 గంటల 10 నిమిషాలకు విద్యుత్ అంతరాయం మొదలైంది. కారకస్తో పాటు మరాకైబో, వాలెన్సియా, మారాకీ, శాన్ క్రిస్టోబల్ నగరాలకు విద్యుత్ సరఫరా నిలిచిపోయింది.
రాజకీయ సంక్షోభం...
వెనిజువెలాలో ప్రస్తుతం రాజకీయ సంక్షోభం నెలకొంది. అధ్యక్షుడు మదురోను కాదని ప్రతిపక్షనేత గైడో తనకు తానుగా వెనిజువెలా అధ్యక్షునిగా ప్రకటించుకున్నారు. గైడో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని అమెరికా సహా సుమారు 50 దేశాలు గుర్తించాయి. మదురోకు రష్యా మద్దతిస్తోంది.

"In recent years, Asian countries including China, Japan and South Korea have great capabilities in the UHD, 5G and 4K technologies. So I think that in this field, the dominance will undergo a shift from North America and Europe onto Asian countries. Particularly, China is the largest market and its new technologies grow fast, so I think China's media play an essential role in this field."

The application of new technologies, particularly the 5G technology, will bring about more opportunities to Asian media and boost their development in the omni-media era, said an media executive from South Korea on Thursday.
An Asia Media Cooperation Conference was held on Friday as part of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual conference 2019, which shares the belief that in the omni-media era, the application of new technologies will promote transformation of the media industry, change the traditional media ecology and influence the pattern of international communication.
The China Media Group launched its first ultra high-definition (UHD) video production program on its 5G new media platform in late February this year. The platform was used at the annual sessions of China's national legislature and top political advisory body in March.
In addition, South Korea also broadcast the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games in 4K HDR in February 2018.
Lim Byung-kul, the executive managing director of Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), introduced the application of 4K ultra-high-definition (UHD) technology during a China Central Television (CCTV) program.
"First, we make, transmit and broadcast UHD programs and second we strive to connect the UHD videos with the Internet. Even when the UHD TV programs have a high definition, the young generation prefers to use smart phones. To attract the young audience, we are trying to provide UHD service via cellphone," he said.
Lim also lauded rapid development of the new technologies of Asian media, especially the Chinese media industry.
"In recent years, Asian countries including China, Japan and South Korea have great capabilities in the UHD, 5G and 4K technologies. So I think that in this field, the dominance will undergo a shift from North America and Europe onto Asian countries. Particularly, China is the largest market and its new technologies grow fast, so I think China's media play an essential role in this field," he said.
