రెండో హరిత విప్లవం మాతోనే సాధ్యం: రాహుల్

రైతుల బతుకు చిత్రాన్ని మార్చేందుకు రెండో హరిత విప్లవం అనివార్యమని రాహుల్ గాంధీ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ఆ పని కాంగ్రెస్ మాత్రమే చేయగలదని ధీమా వ్యక్తంచేశారు.

"రైతులు, నిరుద్యోగులను ఎన్డీఏ సర్కారు విస్మరించింది".... కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షుడు రాహుల్ గాంధీ పదేపదే చేసే విమర్శ. మరి కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వస్తే ఆ వర్గాల కోసం ఆయన ఏం చేస్తారు? ఎలాంటి కార్యక్రమాలు తీసుకొస్తారు? 'ఈనాడు' ముఖాముఖిలో ఈ ప్రశ్నలకు జవాబు చెప్పారు కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షుడు.
అధికారంలోకి వస్తే రైతులకు ఏం చేస్తారు?
రైతులు బాగుంటేనే దేశం బాగుంటుంది. రోజుకు రూ.3.50 చొప్పున నగదు బదిలీ చేస్తే.. రైతులను సంక్షోభం నుంచి బయట పడేసినట్టా? వారిని చిన్నచూపు చూడడమే అవుతుంది. మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం అదే చేస్తోంది. దేశంలో 15 మంది బడా వ్యాపారుల కోసం రూ. 3.50లక్షల కోట్ల రుణాలు రద్దు చేస్తారు. మరి రైతు రుణాలు ఎందుకు మాఫీ చేయరు? ధనికులకు ఒక నీతి, రైతులకో నీతా? మేం అధికారంలోకి వస్తే రుణమాఫీ చేస్తాం. రైతుల సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి సాంకేతికతను పెంచాలి. అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెటింగ్‌ సదుపాయం కల్పించాలి. వారి ఉత్పత్తులను నిల్వ చేసేందుకు శీతల గిడ్డంగులు, ఫుడ్‌ ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ యూనిట్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి. తగినంత రుణం ఇవ్వాలి. దేశంలో రెండో హరిత విప్లవం అవసరం. రైతులకు ఆదాయం వచ్చేలా చూడాలి. వారి జీవితాల్లో సుస్థిరత అవసరం. ఇది కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీతోనే సాధ్యం.
నిరుద్యోగులపై మోదీ ప్రభుత్వ వైఖరెలా ఉంది?
నైపుణ్యాలను ప్రదర్శించేందుకు మన దేశ యువత సిద్ధంగా ఉంది. అవకాశాలు మాత్రం లేవు. నిరుద్యోగాన్ని ఓ సమస్యగా గుర్తించడానికి కూడా ప్రధాని సిద్ధంగా లేరు. సమస్యను గుర్తించనప్పుడు ఇంకేం పరిష్కారం చూపుతారు? ఏడాదికి రెండు కోట్ల ఉద్యోగాలిస్తామని చెప్పి... ఉన్న ఉద్యోగాలను తీసేస్తున్నారు. మేం అధికారంలోకి వస్తే నిరుద్యోగ సమస్యలను తీరుస్తాం.
మరి ప్రభుత్వం వాదన వేరేలా ఉంది. నిరుద్యోగాన్ని పరిష్కరించామంటూ లెక్కలతో చెబుతోంది. ఏమంటారు?
లక్షల మంది యువతతో చర్చించిన తర్వాత వారి సమస్యలేంటో నాకు తెలిశాయి. దేశంలో నిరుద్యోగం 45 ఏళ్లలో ఇప్పుడే ఎక్కువగా ఉంది. చైనా రోజుకు 50 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను కల్పిస్తుంటే... మనం రోజుకు 27 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను కోల్పోతున్నాం. 2017-18లోనే కోటి ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోయాం. నిరుద్యోగాన్ని జాతీయ అత్యవసర సమస్యగా ప్రకటించి, తగిన చర్యలు చేపట్టాల్సి ఉంది.
మోదీని హత్తుకున్న విషయం గురించి..?
అక్కసును అక్కసుతో జయించలేం. నన్ను ఎప్పుడూ దుర్భాషలాడుతూ, ఎగతాళిగా మాట్లాడుతున్నందుకు ప్రధానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు చెబుతున్నా. తద్వారా ఆయన ఓర్పు వహించడం నేర్పారు. ఏదో ఒకటి నేర్పుతున్న వారిని ఎలా ద్వేషించగలం? ఆయన పట్ల నాకు ద్వేషం లేదు. ఉన్నదల్లా ప్రేమే! అందుకే లోక్సభలో ఆయనను హత్తుకున్నా.
ప్రియాంక రాక కాంగ్రెస్‌కు కలిసొస్తుందని భావిస్తున్నారా?
ప్రియాంకపై పూర్తి నమ్మకం ఉంది. అప్పగించిన బాధ్యతలన్నింటినీ ఆమె సమర్థంగా నిర్వర్తిస్తున్నారు. ఆమె మంచి వక్త. మంచి శ్రోత. ప్రజలకు దగ్గరై కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీని బలోపేతం చేస్తారు. పార్టీ మూల సిద్ధాంతాలను అర్థం చేసుకున్నారు. క్షేత్రస్థాయి కార్యకర్తలు, నాయకులతో మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. ఆమె రాక... యూపీతో పాటు, దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మా కార్యకర్తలు, నాయకులకు ఉత్సాహాన్నిచ్చింది.

"2019,1969: it only took a moment to work out the sum, or rather the difference, and get to the 50th anniversary of the conquest of the Moon. And so starting from the exploration of space, this exhibition begins by talking about the first pioneers that left, bold and adventurous, to go into orbit around the Earth, up to the conquest of the Moon - that legendary night between July 20th and 21st 1969. But we also go beyond, because our exploration of space has come a long way in the last 50 years: from Mars - where NASA has already sent 6 rovers, and I always say that this is the only planet that is inhabited solely by robots - and then we go elsewhere in the solar system and we discover the astronauts and the rockets that took them there."

"Mankind has looked at the starry sky every night for millennia - we can't see it anymore because of light pollution - but when there was no electricity, (we) looked at the sky and probably wondered who was out there. This is the question we have been trying to find an answer to for thousands of years, to know if we are alone in this extraordinary, gigantic universe that surrounds us, and our desire to search and to explore has only taken us around the corner. And we hope that in the future - and we have dedicated one room to the future - the attempt to set up colonies on the Moon, and then on Mars and beyond; that the future takes us much further than where we have got to now."

"In this exhibition there are several models of different things, for example, we have ExoMars, which is the model of the European Space Agency that went onto Mars in 2016 and left the Schiaparelli Lander - and a new mission will be starting in 2020. We have COSMO-SkyMed, which are Italian satellites built in order to observe the Earth and then, last but not least, the gem (of the exhibition), at the entrance, a 1:3 scale model of a Vega launch system of the European Space Agency, a 10-meter long rocket, which I think even on it's own is worth a visit."

It's almost 50 years since man landed on the moon, and a new exhibition in Pisa is celebrating our fascination with space.
"Explore. On the Moon and beyond" focuses on humanity's links with the universe, and the future of space exploration.
STORYLINE
Humanity has long been spellbound by the secrets of our galaxy, and a new exhibition in Pisa charts mankind's adventures in space.
"Explore. On the Moon and beyond", is curated by National Geographic, with the collaboration of the Italian Space Agency (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana) and the European Space Agency.
The exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of the first manned Moon landing, on July 20th, 1969, as Marco Cattaneo, curator of the exhibit and editor of "National Geographic Italia", explains.
"2019,1969: it only took a moment to do the sum, or rather the difference, and get to the 50th anniversary of the conquest of the Moon," he says.
"And so starting from the exploration of space, therefore this exhibition begins by talking about the first pioneers that left, bold and adventurous, to go into orbit around the Earth, until the conquest of the Moon, that legendary night between July 20th and 21st 1969, but we also go beyond, because our exploration of space has come a long way in the last 50 years, from Mars - where NASA has already sent 6 rovers, and I always say that this is the only planet we know that is only inhabited by robots - and then we go elsewhere in the solar system and we discover the astronauts and the rockets that took them there."
The exhibition gives visitors the chance to get to know the history of some of the people who dedicated their lives to Space exploration, such as Yuri Gagarin (the Soviet cosmonaut and the first man to travel into space in 1961), Neil Armstrong (the American astronaut and the first man to set foot on the moon), Valentina Tereshkova (the first woman to travel into space in 1963) and the dog Laika.
Cattaneo says the exhibition aims to answer some big questions.
"Mankind has looked at the starry sky every night for millennia - we can't see it anymore because of light pollution - but when there was no electricity, (we) looked at the sky and probably wondered who was out there. This is the question we have been trying to find an answer to for thousands of years, to know if we are alone in this extraordinary, gigantic universe that surrounds us, and our desire to search and to explore has only taken us around the corner. And we hope that in the future - and we have dedicated one room to the future - the attempt to set up colonies on the Moon, and then on Mars and beyond; that the future takes us much further than where we have got to now."
The exhibition pays tribute to space missions whose aim is to discover and study the sun and the other planets of the Solar System, such as Saturn and Mars.
The study of the earth from space is also covered, with images such as the disappearance of the Aral Sea and the growth of the Chinese city of Shanghai.
Enrico Potenza from the Italian Space Agency, the Agenzia Spaziale Italiana says astronauts are the ultimate explorers.
"We can get the sense of the exhibition from the title," he says.

Visitors can admire a spacesuit plus models of satellites and a rover, as Cattaneo explains.

This is the first of three exhibitions curated by National Geographic that will be held in Pisa's Palazzo Blu over the next three years. The next two will be focussing on the sea and planet Earth.
"Explore. On the Moon and beyond" is supported by "Fondazione Leonardo. Civiltà delle macchine" (an institution whose aim is to promote industrial and business culture) and "Fondazione Pisa".
It runs until July 21, 2019.
