తలాక్ చట్టంపై సుప్రీం, దిల్లీ కోర్టుల్లో పిటిషన్లు
ముమ్మారు తలాక్ చట్టాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ సుప్రీం కోర్టు, దిల్లీ హైకోర్టుల్లో పిటిషన్లు దాఖలయ్యాయి. సుప్రీం కోర్టును కేరళకు చెందిన ముస్లిం సంఘం ఆశ్రయించగా... దిల్లీ కోర్టులో ఓ న్యాయవాది వ్యాజ్యం దాఖలు చేశారు. ముస్లిం భర్తల హక్కులను ఈ చట్టం హరింపజేస్తుందని పిటిషన్లలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

తలాక్ చట్టంపై సుప్రీం, దిల్లీ కోర్టుల్లో పిటిషన్లు ముమ్మారు తలాక్ చట్టానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా సుప్రీం కోర్టు, దిల్లీ హై కోర్టుల్లో పిటిషన్లు దాఖలయ్యాయి. 'ముస్లిం మహిళా(వివాహ సంరక్షణ హక్కు) చట్టం 2019' ముస్లిం భర్తల ప్రాథమిక హక్కులను హరించే విధంగా ఉందని ఈ రెండు పిటిషన్లు పేర్కొన్నాయి.
చట్టంలోని నిబంధనలపై అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ కేరళకు చెందిన ఓ ముస్లిం సంఘం అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానంలో వ్యాజ్యం దాఖలు చేసింది. కొత్త చట్టం ప్రకారం ట్రిపుల్ తలాక్ చెప్పిన భర్తకు మూడేళ్ల జైలు శిక్షపడుతుంది. ఇలా జరిగితే... భార్య, భర్తలు మనసు మార్చుకునేందుకు వీలుండదని పిటిషనర్ పేర్కొన్నారు.
ట్రిపుల్ తలాక్ చట్టానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఓ న్యాయవాది దిల్లీ హై కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. వచ్చే వారం ఈ పిటిషన్పై కోర్టు విచారణ చేపట్టే అవకాశముందని సమాచారం.
హరియాణాలో తొలి కేసు
ముమ్మారు తలాక్ చట్టం అమల్లోకి వచ్చిన అనంతరం తొలి కేసు హరియాణాలోని నుహా జిల్లాలో నమోదైంది. కట్నం ఇవ్వలేదని చరవాణిలో భార్యకు ముమ్మారు తలాక్ చెప్పాడు భర్త. అనంతరం ఆ భార్య పోలీసులను ఆశ్రయించింది. పోలీసులు భర్తపై కేసు నమోదు చేశారు.

"The higher you get, the more difficult it is to improve as always. We have a lot of space for improvement, but it's always like this in football. "I think it would be a bit strange if... We had some problems obviously in the pre-season early and the results are a good sign for that, because we're not happy about these results. That's clear. These problems are all sortable and it's all possible to find solutions for that, 100 per cent. We had them already in the locker but we had to bring them back. We really can use them and for that you need training as well. But now we get a crew back who needs to start off the pre-season. It stuff like this over time. But we have to train together as well. Games are coming up. That's the job. It would be easy if everybody could do it so, we are quite experienced in that. But, in that period, we still have to win football games. And that's the main thing I'm thinking about at the moment."

"If somebody asked me if you are favourite in the Champions League, I probably couldn't deny it, but I don't think it's like this. But, then, we are twice in a row in the (Champions League) final. So obviously we know the way to the final. Does that mean we will be in the final again? Probably not. Well it doesn't mean that, but it's possible. So we will try that as well. So we try a lot of things. But being the favourite has nothing to, or no influence actually, on the season. We have to make sure that we have got a good start in the season. That's our main thing to think about and to get a good start. Then we build on that. If we don't have a good start, we have to change that and build on that. So that's it."

STORYLINE:
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said it will be difficult for his team to make major improvements in the coming season, and dismissed the notion that it is like "reaching a new skill on PlayStation."
'The Reds' finished last season's Premier League campaign on 97 points, agonisingly just one point short of champions Manchester City, who they play in the Community Shield at Wembley on Sunday.
But Klopp's men capped off last season with victory in the UEFA Champions League final, and the German said he cannot deny that his team will be among the favourites to retain European club football's biggest prize this term.
Without star attacking trio Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, Liverpool have endured a difficult pre-season and lost to Borussia Dortmund, Sevilla and Napoli, and drew with Sporting Lisbon.
