కేరళలోని కోచిలో దారుణం చోటుచేసుకుంది. 17 ఏళ్ల బాలికను యువకుడు సజీవ దహనం చేశాడు. కోచిలోని కాక్కనాడ్లో ఉంటున్న బాలిక ఇంటికి తెల్లవారుజామున వెళ్లిన యువకుడు ఆమెపై పెట్రోల్ పోసి నిప్పంటించాడు. అనంతరం.. ఆ యువకుడు ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నాడు. ఈ ఘటనపై పోలీసులు విచారణ చేపడుతున్నారు.

17 ఏళ్ల బాలికను సజీవదహనం చేసిన ప్రేమోన్మాది కేరళలో దారుణానికి ఒడిగట్టాడో యువకుడు. తనను ప్రేమించట్లేదని.. కోచిలోని 17 ఏళ్ల బాలిక దేవికను సజీవదహనం చేశాడు. కోచిలోని కాక్కనాడ్లో ఉంటున్న బాలిక ఇంటికి తెల్లవారుజామున వెళ్లిన యువకుడు ఆ బాలిక ఒంటిపై పెట్రోల్ పోసి తగులబెట్టాడు. ఆమె తండ్రి తేరుకుని మంటలు ఆర్పేందుకు తీవ్రంగా ప్రయత్నించినా ఫలితం లేకపోయింది. తీవ్రగాయాలతో తుదిశ్వాస విడిచింది ఆమె.
బాలిక తండ్రికి కూడా తీవ్ర గాయాలయ్యాయి. ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించారు. పర్వూర్‌కు చెందిన మిథున్‌ అనే యువకుడే ఈ దురాగతానికి పాల్పడినట్లు తేల్చారు పోలీసులు. అనంతరం.. ఆ యువకుడు కూడా ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నాడు. ఈ ఘటన వెనుక కారణాలను తెలుసుకునే పనిలో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు పోలీసులు.
