వివేక్ చంపనేర్కన్ అనే ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ కార్యకర్త ఠానే నగర కోర్టులో రాహుల్ గాంధీ, సీతారాం ఏచూరిలపై పరువు నష్టం దావా వేశారు. విచారణకు స్వీకరించిన న్యాయస్థానం... రాహుల్, ఏచూరికి సమన్లు జారీ చేసింది. ఈ నెల 30న కోర్టులో హాజరుకావాలని ఆదేశించింది.

కాంగ్రెస్ జాతీయాధ్యక్షుడు రాహుల్ గాంధీ, సీపీఎం జాతీయ కార్యదర్శి సీతారాం ఏచూరిలకు సమన్లుజారీ చేసింది మహారాష్ట్ర ఠానేలోని ఓ న్యాయస్థానం. ఏప్రిల్ 30న కోర్టుకు హాజరు కావాలని ఆదేశించింది.

పాత్రికేయురాలు గౌరీ లంకేశ్ హత్యను తమ సంస్థకు ముడిపెడుతూ ఆరోపణలు చేశారని వివేక్ చంపనేర్కన్ అనే ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ కార్యకర్త కోర్టులో రాహుల్ గాంధీ, ఏచూరిలపై పరువు నష్టం దావా వేశారు. ఈ దావా విచారణ సందర్భంగా వారికి సమన్లు జారీ చేసింది న్యాయస్థానం.

రాహుల్, ఏచూరి ఏప్రిల్ 30న కోర్టులో హాజరుకావాలని సివిల్ జడ్జి జేఎస్ భాటియా ఆదేశించారు.

ఇదే అంశంపై రాహుల్ గాంధీ, ఏచూరిలపై మరో ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ కార్యకర్త వేసిన దావాను ఇప్పటికే విచారిస్తోంది ముంబయి మెట్రోపాలిటన్ మేజిస్ట్రేట్ కోర్టు.

Enos: "We always wanted to do something together again. And David Farr approached me first with the scripts at which I fell in love with. I thought Marissa was super interesting and I was actually texting Joel and asking him for recommendations because I'm terrible about knowing names of anyone. So I was like, 'I need really awesome, European, 40-something. You know, can be military but with like something interesting going on underneath.
Kinnaman: "I had a really good list."
Enos: "He had a really good list which then was not useful because who David Farr actually had in mind was Joel. And when he presented that idea to me I was thrilled. And then I started my campaign to get him to come on board."
Kinnaman:  "I mean, it was it was a pretty campaign. I mean, the idea of working with Mireille again was something I really wanted and it also fit into the idea that we had when we would read team. It would have to be something that was very different from 'The Killing.' And this was perfect in that way. So yeah, you know, I just read the script and loved it. And here we are."
(Reporter:  It's funny because when you said that you had the list, I thought the joke was going to be the list was just 'me' (Joel). But you actually had a real list.")
Kinnaman: (mimics writing list) "The best list you'll ever get."

4. SOUNDBITE (English), Mireille Enos and Joel Kinnaman on significance of Sarah Adina Smith and women in general directing action-thrillers:
Kinnaman: "Yeah. I don't know. I've had the, you know, male directors that  are really like into sort of the feminine, emotional side of things and then I've had female directors that have been pretty cold and just been quite masculine in their approach. I guess—I think, you know, in this story where there...it's a young girl coming of age and dealing with a lot of those things and hormones happening, I think to have had that experience yourself, I think that's to have had that firsthand experience in getting that perspective I think was really important probably."
Enos: "And Sarah also just has kind of a strange, wonderful kind of way of looking at the world and because Hannah is emerging—I mean, her attention to detail in the forest but then also as she's like emerging into the bigger world, Sarah's own curiosity the way she looks at the world was a very interesting lens for Hannah's gaze

Enos: "It's great. People being powerful and asserting that power and the action heroes and it's a lot of fun and I love that genre. The thing that I think is super interesting and important to talk about about this series is that Hannah has been equipped with the power to protect herself in these moments of violence. But but actually she's also on this trajectory to figure out who she is in the world and she's actually very vulnerable in the world. And her journey to learn about empathy is actually kind of the more important story here. And, I mean, I don't know what the rest of that sentence is...it's awesome to be a toughie, but it's also great to tell a story about somebody learning to respect life which is actually the journey that she's on."
Kinnaman: "I think I've been in the States now for almost 10 years and like, nine years working in the industry here. And I remember when coming here, I was like shocked at some of the—these like these truths about the business. It was like that, you know, unless it was Will Smith or Denzel Washington, a movie can't be financially successful if there was a black lead. Like, you can't have a female superhero. You can't have—there was all these ideas about like how the business was supposed to be run. And I think over the past couple of two, three years all of those ideas have been pretty much obliterated. And the result is that now a lot of people that weren't—that didn't feel that they were represented and their kids weren't represented on screen, now they are represented. I mean that's how it should be."
