ప్రతిపక్ష నేత జగన్పై హత్యాయత్నం కేసులో నిందితుడు శ్రీనివాసరావు అస్వస్థతకు గురయ్యారు. గత వారం రోజులుగా జ్వరంతో బాధపడుతున్న శ్రీనివాసరావుకు రాజమహేంద్రవరం కేంద్ర కారాగారంలో చికిత్స అందించారు. అయినా తగ్గకపోవడంతో సోమవారం రాత్రి అత్యవసరంగా ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రిలోని ఖైదీల వార్డుకు తరలించారు. శ్రీనివాసరావు మలేరియా వ్యాధితో బాధపడుతున్నట్లు తెలిసింది. న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశాల మేరకు ఫిబ్రవరిలో రిమాండ్‌పై రాజమహేంద్రవరం కేంద్రకారాగారానికి తరలించారు. ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రి వద్ద ప్రత్యేక భద్రత ఏర్పాటు చేసి చికిత్స అందిస్తున్నారు.

Bagh, PoK, April 23, 2019:- The Women University of Bagh in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir has been brought to a standstill as students are protesting against its administration for monetarily exploiting them at the pretext of providing them higher education while keeping them bereft of even fundamental needs for the degree. They shouted anti-university and anti-government slogans and sought for an immediate action into their grievances. They accused the administration of enrolling them despite having an acute shortage of faculty. The situation is so grave that there are only one- two teachers assigned for the entire syllabus. In spite of all this, the students had come to terms with the gross injustice being meted out to them and adjusted with the limited faculty. However, the administration cited different reasons and got rid of them. Students say they won't budge from their position until the faculty is brought back.
