From the number of doctors supposed to be on duty in the hospital, none of them is here right now.”

STORYLINE:
Iraqi officials said one person was killed and 24 injured after a car bomb attack near a cultural centre in the Iraqi city of Mosul.
The injured were on Thursday brought to the al-Salam hospital for treatment.
Dr. Falah al Taii, director of Nineveh health department, said of the 24 injured, three were in a critical condition.
The blast was the second of two attacks Thursday in the city. The first attack was a roadside bomb which went off in an area southwest of Mosul, wounding four.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity in line with regulations.
There was no immediate claim for the bombings, the latest in a string of attacks along roads and in villages in areas north and west of Baghdad.
The Islamic State group has claimed many of them. Iraq claimed victory over the organization in 2017 after a four year war.
