ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ‘ਚ 5 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ, 2 ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ

ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ (Death of Indian students) ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟਰਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ।

ਓਟਾਵਾ: ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ (A horrific road accident in Toronto, Canada) ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ (5 Indian students killed) ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਜਦਕਿ 2 ਹੋਰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 'ਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹਨ। ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟਰਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ। ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਓਨਟਾਰੀਓ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ (Ontario Highway) 'ਤੇ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (High Commissioner of India) ਅਜੈ ਬਿਸਾਰੀਆ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ 13 ਮਾਰਚ ਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ (5 Indian students killed in accident) ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਜਦਕਿ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕੌਂਸਲੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਅਜੈ ਬਿਸਾਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ (Twitter) 'ਤੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP-OPP- Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police) ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਕਰਨਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮੋਹਿਤ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 21 ਤੋਂ 24 ਸਾਲ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਗਰੇਟਰ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਂਟਰੀਅਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਾਰੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ 13 ਮਾਰਚ ਦੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ 401 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਵੈਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ 'ਚ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ 'ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗੇ ਹਨ।
